★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Entrich im März 2019 beauftragt für eine Balkenschloss Installation in meine Haus Tür. Vor kurz habe ich eine kleine Probleme gehabt mit meine Tur, nach eine Anruf waren die prompt gleich am Montag, wie als ich damals angerufen habe um denen zu beauftragen. Problem reibungslos gelöst im 5 Minuten. Ich möchte mich auch sehr bedanken an Herr Varga der Fachmann. Ich wurde diese firma weiter empfehlen und wieder beauftragen. Gutes After sales services so far.
I commissioned Entrich in March 2019 for a joinery installation in my house door. Recently, I had a small problem with my door, after a call they were promptly on Monday, as when I called then to assign them. Problem solved smoothly in 5 minutes. I would also like to thank Mr Varga the expert. I would recommend this company and order again. Good after sales services so far.

Die Ausstellung des Schlüssels hat eine Woche gedauert (and still counting), wobei mir versprochen wurde, dass es 1-2 Tage nach der Vorauszahlung dauert. Nach 4 Telefonaten musste ich selber ins Office gehen, um zu erfahren, dass es "leider noch ein wenig dauert". Als kleines Feedback: wenn ihr sagt ihr ruft gleich zurück macht das bitte auch....
By far the most unprofessional customer service I have experienced in a long time. It took a week to issue the key (and still counting), although I was promised that it would take 1-2 days after prepayment. After 4 phone calls I had to go to the office myself to find out that it "unfortunately still takes a while". As a little feedback: if you say you will call back right away, please do that too ...

Die Beratung für einen neuen Schließzylinder war sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Auch auf Details die ich bei der Beratung nicht angesprochen hatte und die einen Umbau des Zylinders nötig machten wurde problemlos, freundlich und sehr flott reagiert.
Zuletzt benötigte ich einen Fachmann da die Türe aufgrund ihres Alters einige Macken hatte, die ich nicht selbst beheben konnte. Auch hier war die Hilfe extrem schnell vor Ort, kompetent, hat mir sogar alles genau erklärt und natürlich das Problem behoben.

The advice for a new lock cylinder was very friendly and competent.
Even details that I had not addressed during the consultation and that required a conversion of the cylinder were responded to without any problems, in a friendly and very quick manner.
Finally, I needed a specialist because the door had some flaws due to its age that I couldn't fix myself. Here, too, the help was extremely quickly on site, competent, even explained everything to me in detail and of course fixed the problem.

Ich habe mir ein elektronisches Schliessystem mit Fingerprintsystem/Code Zugang etc. für meine Wohnungstüre installieren lassen.
Da ich körperlich eingeschränkt bin, hilft mir das Schloss sehr und ist mir die Firma aufgrund meiner Invalidität preislich sehr entgegengekommen.
Jederzeit wieder !
Ausserdem wurden 75% der Kosten von der MA 25 übernommen (behindertengerechter Umbau des Schlosse).
