Das nenn ich unverfroren und frech, der Hinweis 'Tankstelle' begründet hier gar nichts.Das ist einfach Wucher und ärgert. They took me 2.90 for a simple FFP2. Chapeau! That's what I call unabashed and cheeky, the reference 'gas station' does not justify anything here. That is simply usury and annoying.
J	Jinxi J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: nach der Jahresabrechnung wurde mir das Guthaben nicht fristgerecht ausbezahlt bzw noch gar nicht obwohl es bereits vor einer Woche ausgezahlt werden sollte. telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar. Eine einzige Katastrophe, das Geld für den Strom wurde natürlich schon abgebucht. Sehr altmodischer und rückständiger Anbieter, es gibt kein Kundenportal. D.h. man kann nirgends seine Rechnungen oder Teilzahlungsbeträge einsehen. Auch kann man dadurch nicht Mal kleinste Änderungen selbst vornehmen und muss jedes Mal den Kundenservice kontaktieren. Nachdem mein erster und einziger Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aber negativ ablief ist, ist das noch mühsamer. Freundlichkeit zeichnet den Kundenservice (oder zumindest die Dame mit der ich gesprochen habe) nicht aus. Ein sehr ungutes Gefühl wenn der Erstkontakt als Neukunde gleich so negativ ausfällt. Leider habe ich ein Jahr Bindungsfrist, danach werde ich umgehend zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln. A single catastrophe, the money for the electricity was of course already debited. Very old fashioned and backward provider, there is no customer portal. This means that you cannot see your invoices or partial payment amounts anywhere. You can't even make the smallest changes yourself and have to contact customer service every time. After my first and only contact with customer service was negative, it's even more tedious. Friendliness does not distinguish customer service (or at least the lady I spoke to). A very uneasy feeling when the first contact as a new customer is so negative. Unfortunately, I have a one-year commitment period, after which I will immediately switch to another provider.
