z	zerox102 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shell Tankstelle eine Straße weiter ist leider fast immer günstiger. Der Merkur Shop der 24/7 offen hat allerdings sehr praktisch für den Notfall. Die 4 Sterne also eher für den Markt als fürs tatsächliche Tanken. Shell petrol station one street away is almost always cheaper. The 24/7 open Mercury Shop is very practical for emergencies. The 4 stars are more for the market than for actual refueling.
M	Mutlu Karatas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte mich zuerst dafür entschuldigen, dass ich hier ein negatives Kommentar von mir abgeben muss, es ist nicht meine Art und Weise mich über etwas aufzuregen aber der heutige Abend in der Tankstelle hat mir den ganzen Tag versaut. War gerade eben in der Bp Tankstelle tanken und hatte meine Geldbörse vergessen und deswegen musste ich mit der Kreditkarte bezahlen und da ich die Karte sehr selten benützte, hatte ich den PIN vergessen und benötigte deswegen 2 Minutun länger als gewohnt. Weil ich die 2 Minuten brauchte wurde der Tankwart beleidigend mit der Bemerkung, dass ich auser Autofahren nichts kann und dass ist der Grund dafür das ich in Zukunft die Bp-Tankstelle in der Kranebittenalle mit meinen Firmenfahzeugen meiden werde. I would like to apologize first for having to leave a negative comment here, it is not my way of getting upset about something but tonight in the gas station messed up all day. Was just refueling in the Bp petrol station and had forgotten my wallet and therefore I had to pay with a credit card and since I used the card very rarely, I had forgotten the PIN and therefore took 2 minutes longer than usual. Because I needed the 2 minutes, the gas station attendant became insulting with the remark that I could not do anything other than driving and that is the reason why I will avoid the Bp petrol station in the Kranebittenalle with my company vehicles in the future.

Preise zu hoch (was ansich nicht schlimm ist für eine Tankstelle) Mitarbeiter durch die Bank unfreundlich und uneinsichtig...bitte um Absprache mit denen. Unfortunately, despite the good location, a gas station, which I will avoid. Prices too high (which in itself is not bad for a gas station) Employees across the board unfriendly and unreasonable ... ask for an agreement with them.

Unfreundlich und beide Verkäuferinnen ohne Maske, kann mittels Fotos bewiesen werden. Früher wurde man von Verkäufer/innen höflich gefragt, was man möchte. Bei den heute (28.03.2021) diensthabenden 2 Verkäuferinnen wird das offensichtlich nicht mehr so gehandhabt. Die Kundschaft wird unfreundlich angeherrscht was man möchte. Auch erwartet man einen freundlichen Gruß beim Betreten des Geschäftes. Schade Goods and prices great. You have been spoiled by the friendly service to this day. Unfortunately this could not be determined today. Unfriendly and both saleswomen without a mask, can be proven by means of photos. In the past, salespeople politely asked you what you wanted. Obviously, this is no longer the case with the 2 saleswomen on duty today (March 28th, 2021). The customers are ruled unfriendly what you want. You also expect a friendly greeting when entering the shop. Pity

Daher ist es aus verschiedenen Gründen immer wieder eine Freude, hierher zu düsen! ⛽??? As always ?! You meet very friendly people at the BP petrol station in the north-west of Innsbruck. Top coffee is trendy here ??? Therefore, it is always a pleasure to jet here for a variety of reasons! ⛽???

Very nice young lady served me and was extremely helpful. Also this place sold Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey ice cream which is really hard to come by and was much appreciated even at €6 for a 500ml tub.
