m	mikesch malakai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ brauche heizung. nach besichtigung des altbestandes und anfrage nach angebot nichts mehr gehört ... jedes mal wenn ich anrufe heißt es "ich leite es weiter". es wird winter und somit auch kalt. sagt wenigstens "wir haben keine zeit für dich", oder so. need heating. after inspecting the old stock and asking for an offer nothing more heard ... every time I call it says "I'll forward it on". it gets winter and therefore cold. at least say "we don't have time for you" or anything.

Die Leute sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, bei der Terminfindung war man sehr flexibel und die Mitarbeiter haben sich die nötige Zeit genommen obwohl es längst nach der Öffnungszeit war. Ich kann die Firma Engel Installationen nur weiter empfehlen, eine sensationelle Beratung wie auch die Montage. Very good advice. The heating with the PV system was tailored precisely to my family home. The people are very courteous and friendly, the dates were very flexible and the staff took the necessary time even though it was long after the opening hours. I can only recommend the Engel Installations company, sensational advice and installation.

Das Problem wurde perfekt und professionell gelöst. wirklich spitze! I had an odor problem in the bathroom. The execution was quite prompt considering that it is now vacation time. The problem was solved perfectly and professionally. really great!

Nicht mal einen Rabatt hat man gegeben. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen. I had to wait almost 3 months for the repair to be completed. Have to ask 6 times when someone is coming. But the bill was there. They didn't even give a discount. I can not recommend.
