Zu Erich und Gitti möchte ich nur anmerken, es ist sinnlos ein Geschäftslokal von außen zu bewerten, die Behandlung ist das Wichtigste und die kann was. Also hineingehen, behandeln lassen und dann rezensieren. Great team! After the knee surgery, helped me to activate the small muscle strands so that I can walk painlessly again. Die Lage ist für mich perfekt und das Training lässt sich problemlos in meinem straffen Zeitplan integrieren. Das Studio selbst ist sauber und von überschaubarer Größe. I'm very satisfied! Ich hatte Probleme mit meinen Rücken, die sind alle weg. Meine Muskulatur wird gestärkt und mein Gewicht verringert sich ständig. Das Trainingsprogramm ist abwechslungsreich und durch die sehr positive Betreuung macht es noch mehr Spaß für seinen Körper etwas zu tun. Das Training schont meine Gelenke. Die Haltung wird viel besser. Ich kann dieses Studio nur weiter empfehlen. Gehen sie nicht vorbei, schauen Sie rein und überzeugen Sie sich selbst davon. A very good team. Da ich durch meine Vorerkrankung (Morbus Bechterew) bewegungstechnisch eingeschränkt bin und mir auch die Motivation fehlt Stunden lang in einem Fitnesscenter zu trainieren (alleine, ohne Personaltrainer) ist dieses Studio ideal, die Trainingseinheiten sind nicht zu schwer, es ist immer einer da der auf dich "aufpasst" und es dauert "nur" 15Minuten ( die je nach Stärke des Reglers auch lange sein können ;) ) Nice, personal advice / support that takes care of you at every training session. Since my previous illness (Bechterew's disease) restricts my movement and I also lack the motivation to train for hours in a fitness center (alone, without a personal trainer), this studio is ideal, the training units are not too difficult, there is always someone on you "watch out" and it "only" takes 15 minutes (which can be long depending on the strength of the controller;))

Persönliche Betreuung durch geschulte Trainer, keine Wartezeiten und einfaches Termine buchen mittels App. Ich bin seit über 2 Jahren Kundin, und es ist für mich der perfekte Ausgleich als Krafttraining zum Ausdauersport. Gegen meine Kreuzschmerzen hat es mir immer sehr geholfen, und ich habe eine bessere und straffe Figur bekommen. Very effective training that I don't want to miss anymore. Personal support from trained trainers, no waiting times and easy appointments using the app. I have been a customer for over 2 years, and for me it is the perfect balance as strength training for endurance sports. It has always helped me a lot against my lower back pain and I got a better and more toned figure.

Ich wurde beim Training toll begleitet und Detlef und Carina sind ganz liebe Menschen, mit denen man gut und gerne nach dem Training noch quatscht. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt! I did a trial this week and I have to say I had a lot of fun. I received great support during the training and Detlef and Carina are very nice people with whom you can chat well after training. I felt very comfortable!

Wollte es eigentlich nur kurzzeitig machen, werde aber mein Abo verlängern, weil das Ergebnis bei geringem Zeitaufwand klar für sich spricht. Unbedingt ausprobieren! Very nice team, pleasant, clean atmosphere, individual training as required. Actually only wanted to do it for a short time, but I will extend my subscription because the result speaks for itself in the short term. Definitely try it out!
