D	Doris A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klimaanlage wurde bei der Anmeldung versprochen für heuer. Bin mir nicht sicher, ob eine installiert wurde. da ich bereits gekündigt habe, ist es mir auch egal. Die Kommunikation bzgl finanzieller Lösung der Coronabestimmungen ist ein Hohn..... Air conditioning was promised at registration for this year. Not sure if one was installed. since I've already resigned, I don't care. The communication regarding the financial solution of the corona regulations is a mockery .....

Aktuell werden Beiträge eingezogen für einen Monat wo man das Fitness Studio nicht betreten konnte und man der Verlängerung nicht zugestimmt hat. Leider nur einen Fortsetzung einer problematischen Firmen/Kunde Beziehung, welche ich schon früher hätte beenden sollen. Fühle mich als Kunde dort nur abgezockt, werde dieses Studio sicherlich nicht weiterempfehlen. Unfortunately, dealing with customers is not what you would imagine. Contributions are currently being collected for a month where you could not enter the gym and did not agree to the extension. Unfortunately only a continuation of a problematic company / customer relationship, which I should have ended earlier. Feel like a rip off as a customer there, will certainly not recommend this studio.

Nachdem wir über ein Jahr für das geschlosse Fitness Center monatlich Mitgliedsbeitrag bezahlt haben, bekommen wir jetzt eine Nachzahlung für SERVICEGEBÜHREN, für Service und Getränke??!!! Auf die Anfrage um Löschung dieser Rechnung auf dem Kulanzweg, haben keine Antwort erhalten, was sehr enttäuschend ist. CAUTION pure money rip-off !! After paying a monthly membership fee for the closed fitness center for over a year, we now get an additional payment for SERVICE FEES, for service and drinks ?? !!! We received no response to the request to delete this invoice by way of goodwill, which is very disappointing.

Emails go unanswered and management is never available by phone. They are just out for their Provit. Far from humanity.
V	Verona R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach nur unprofessionelle und die reinste Abzocke!!!! Trotz Kündigung, musste ich 1 Jahr weiter zahlen. Des Weiteren wurde mir zum Abschluss noch eine Mahngebühr verrechnet, weil die angeblich nicht richtig abbuchen konnten. Nur komisch das bei meinen Abbuchungen alles glatt abgelaufen ist. Einfach nur schrecklich!!! ICH RATE VON DIESEM STUDIO AB!!! Just unprofessional and the purest rip-off! Despite my termination, I had to continue paying for 1 year. Furthermore, I was charged a reminder fee at the end because they supposedly could not debit properly. Just strange that everything went smoothly with my debits. Just terrible!!! I ADVISE FROM THIS STUDIO !!!

Kann mich aber nur den Bewertungen der Vorposter anschließen -Desolate Geräte -Hygienisch unterstes Niveau -Für die Betriebsschliessungen Corona bedingt darf man weiterzahlen -Unprofessionelle, Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter -Vertragsverlängerung, ohne vorher über den Kündigungsverzicht zu informieren kurz: absolute Abzocke! Finger weg!!! Gibt bessere und Günstigere alternativen mit mehr Kundenkompetenz Unfortunately you have to assign at least one star. But I can only agree with the reviews of the pre-posters -Desolate devices -Hygienically lowest level -You may continue to pay for the Corona business closings -Unprofessional, unfriendly employees - Contract extension without prior notice of the waiver of termination short: absolute rip-off! Hands off!!! There are better and cheaper alternatives with more customer expertise
H	Helmut Hlobil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Mitglied und muss leider sagen, dass das Service und die Hygiene immer mehr vernachlässigt werden. Der absolute Tiefpunkt für mich: An Werktagen wird zwar um 6:00 geöffnet- aber danach ist offenbar bis nach 7:30 keine Mitarbeiter:in in dem Standort verfügbar- auch telefonisch nicht. Abgesehen von Sicherheitsgründen (Brandschutz? Erste Hilfe?) und Corona (Prüfung des 3 G Nachweises? - die Schranken waren alle offen - kein Check in nötig) war es für mich nicht möglich im Solarium einzuchecken (eigentlich in der Mitgliedschaft enthalten) - und keine Unterstützung in Sicht. Das ist echte Abzocke und gefährlich unprofessionell auf vielen Ebenen. Echte Katastrophe ….und bin schon voll gespannt auf die aalglatte, völlig abstrakte Reaktion der Geschäftsführung auf diese Posting - gänzlich ohne Lösungskompetenz - in dem so getan wird, als wäre das ein Franchise und kein eigentümergeführtes Unternehmen, indem der Geschäftsführer jederzeit alle Möglichkeiten hätte etwas für seine Kunden zu optimieren. ;-) I've been a member for many years and unfortunately I have to say that service and hygiene are being neglected more and more. The absolute low point for me: On workdays it opens at 6:00 a.m. - but after that there are apparently no employees available at the location until after 7:30 a.m. - not even by phone. Apart from safety reasons (fire protection? first aid?) and Corona (examination of the 3 G proof? - the barriers were all open - no check-in necessary) it was not possible for me to check into the solarium (actually included in the membership) - and none support in sight. This is a real rip off and dangerously unprofessional on many levels. real disaster ....and I'm really looking forward to the smooth, completely abstract reaction of the management to this posting - completely without solution competence - in which it is acted as if it were a franchise and not an owner-managed company, in which the managing director always had all the options for his optimize customers. ;-)
