★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The extremely inappropriate and totally impersonal procedure of applying for a UK Visa is, at best, biased, not to mention extremely expensive.
To top that it would seem that the UK is trying its best to alianate visitors to their country or there are legitimate reasons to believe that decisions are based on racistic or homophobic grounds.

At least 3 employees declined my call even tho u could hear them breathe through the phone. I was left alone with my emergency on a friday evening! Never experienced such unprofessional manner before. Truly unbelievable!! Would have rated it even lower if only that'd be possible. People, if u don't like ur job, change career. It's that simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there years ago and got no answer to simple questions. A friend who was with me said she hoped I would never have any serious need of their help, because they were both useless and unfriendly. I dealt with them again a couple of weeks ago. Things have not improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As Joel mentioned fully agree. Though it is not this embassy that deals with visa applications.
On top, for close to 200 EUR the UK haven't even taken the time to check all supporting documentation as their decision explanation confirms. And beware that they don't send back any supporting documentation other than the passport itself despite what they promise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had our passports stolen on Friday. We submitted an application for emergency travel documents straight away.
Embassy phoned at 8.50 Monday morning and we had the replacement documents by 13.35 the same day.
Brilliant !
