G	Gee Gee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Antwort auf E-Mails Inkompetent bei vielen Anliegen Katastrophe was man für E-Mails und PDF-Dokumente (nach 3,4 mal nachfragen) bekommen hat, ein Schüler hätte das PDF-Dokument besser erfassen können, als diese BOTSCHAFT-MitarbeiterInnen: Format: Katastrophe (kein Head line mit Name, Datum Adresse; keine angemessene Text-Formuliereung: Einleitung, Begrüßung, Schluss), keinen Namen (wer hat denn dieses Dokument geschrieben?).....Einfach unglaublich was für ein schlechtes Niveau die Administration dieser Botschaft hat. Auch es wird keine Chance für Weiterbilding gegeben (als würden dort nur "Familien-Mitglieder" arbeiten dürfen): Auf der Webseite findet man nieirgendwo Info oder Seite mit "Jobs". Die Räumlichkeit ist auch unfassbar schlech für eine Botschaft (1040 Wien) auch der Warteraum drinnen, man deprimiert sich, wenn man drinnen wartet, unmöglich mit Baby oder Kleinkind reinzukommen: kein Platz für Kinderwagen, sehr steile Treppen, kein Aufzug). Sehr enttäuschend. No response to emails Incompetent on many issues Catastrophe What you got for e-mails and PDF documents (after 3.4 inquiries), a student could have captured the PDF document better than these EMBASSY employees: Format: Catastrophe (no headline with name, date Address; no appropriate text formulation: introduction, greeting, conclusion), no name (who wrote this document?) ..... Simply unbelievable what a bad level the administration of this message is. There is also no chance for further training (as if only "family members" were allowed to work there): You will never find information or pages with "jobs" anywhere on the website. The space is also incredibly bad for an embassy (1040 Vienna) including the waiting room inside, you get depressed when you wait inside, impossible to get in with a baby or toddler: no space for strollers, very steep stairs, no elevator). Very disappointing.

Всичко става бързо и лесно без излишно чакане и неяснота. Браво!!! For the second time I use the services of our diplomatic mission in Austria and I dare say that this is the kindest and most capable team I have ever seen. Everything is quick and easy without unnecessary waiting and ambiguity. Well done!!!
B	Boris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Днес за първи път посетих посолството и мога да кажа ,че въпреки не добрите слухове които съм чувал няма нищо вярно. останах очарован от бързата работата , коректността и любезноста от служителите които работят там.хора докато не посетите и не се уверите сами моля ви не пишете и не говорете негативни неща по адрес на служителите все пак сме българи и трябва да се гордеем със това.благодаря за бързата и много добра работа която вършите.Продължавайте все така .ако можех бих отценил и на 100 за това което вършите Благодаря ви !!. Today I visited the embassy for the first time and I can say that despite the bad rumors I have heard, nothing is true. I was fascinated by fast work, correctness and kindness of the employees who work there. people until you visit and see for yourself please do not write or say negative things about the employees we are still Bulgarians and we should be proud of that. thank you for the fast and very good work you do. Keep going. if I could I would rate 100 for what you do Thank you !!.
R	Radoslav Banchev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Съм приятно очарован от абсолютно всички служители/хигиената е безупречна и ако мебелите са доста стари и захабени/охраната или портиер много търпеливо и съвестно обяснява как и кога...а служителите нямам думи да опиша със огромно количество търпение, пояснение и на разбираем човешки език/смисъл не книжовен обясняват, показват дават всички налични информации за различни казуси гледат да съдействат а не само времето да мине. Ако посолството в Австрия/Виена е България то навярно много граждани на България ще си останат в България. И това не са моите впечатление от днес 18.01.22 а от поне 4,5 години назад във времето. Многобройни благодарности че ви има. Живи и здрави всички ви. I am pleasantly fascinated by absolutely all employees / hygiene is impeccable and if the furniture is quite old and worn / security guard or porter very patiently and conscientiously explains how and when ... and employees have no words to describe with a lot of patience, explanation and understandable human language / meaning not literary explain, show give all available information on various cases looking to cooperate and not just time to pass. If the embassy in Austria / Vienna is Bulgaria, many citizens of Bulgaria will probably stay in Bulgaria. And these are not my impressions from today 18.01.22 but from at least 4.5 years ago. Many thanks to you. All of you are alive and well.

We took our 4 months old kid to apply for passport, we arrived 45 minutes earlier, they took us in anyway, gave us formular, took picture of our son. All together we were 30 minutes inside and done before termin was booked, actually we were on our way home before termin. Staff was super kind, all of them, not one eye roll, sarcasm or raising voice. I don't know the Name of Young lady with glasses but she was super patient with us! Thank You Bulgarians!
