X	Xenia Deli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wirklich unangenehmer Ort! Mitarbeiter extrem unhöflich, können kein Deutsch und in keinem normalen Ton reden. Auf Mails und Anrufe wird hier auch nicht reagiert. really uncomfortable place! Employees extremely rude, cannot speak German and in no normal tone. E-mails and calls are not responded to here either.

Ich hatte 2013 mehrmals Kontakt, sowohl per Email als auch telefonisch und alle meine Fragen wurden immer prompt und höflich beantwortet. Meine 2 Visa Anträge wurden innerhalb weniger Tage ohne Probleme bearbeitet. Ich wurde sogar angerufen, weil auf meinem Formular etwas falsch war und es telefonisch geklärt wurde, somit musste ich nicht extra einen neuen Antrag stellen. Es wäre wünschenswert wenn unsere Bürokratie einen ebenso hohen Servicegrad aufweisen könnte. Ich möchte hiermit der gesamten Botschaftsdelegation meinen aufrichtigen Dank aussprechen. I can only express the greatest compliment to the staff and consul of the embassy. I had several contacts in 2013, both by email and by phone, and all my questions were answered promptly and politely. My 2 visa applications were processed within a few days without any problems. I was even called because something was wrong on my form and it was cleared by phone, so I did not have to make another application. It would be desirable if our bureaucracy could have an equally high level of service. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the entire embassy delegation.
