Danas (11.11.2020) bio sam da predam za prvi Pasoš od djeteta i osoblje na obadva šaltera je bilo prema nama ljubazno i uslužno. I veoma profesijonalno mi je djelovalo i slikanje bebe bez nekog vremenakog pritiska. (Po mom mišljenju imaju strpljenje sa djecom) Zvao sam i ja i nisam mogao odma dobiti nekoga preko telefona ali zato kada sam god napisao mail dobio sam odgovor najkasnije sledeci radni dan. Ali boze moj niko nečeka moj poziv ako mi nešto treba onda moram biti sam uporan ili zvati ili pisati mail. Lp Djordje I personally cannot confirm these negative recessions. Das Foto klappte dann auch nach paar versuchen. Höfliche Mitarbeiter. Danke Friendly and helpful. Was a bit early but was taken straight away so I didn't have to wait long with my children. D	Dinko Cejvanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakon objašnjene situacije u vezi pasoša putem e-maila (+pokušaja poziva) i dobijenog odgovora od Ambasade tipa "Hvala lijepo na info, lijep pozdrav itd.", došao sam iz Linza da bi se žena na šalteru izgalamila i rekla kako nije ona pročitala mail nego neko drugi i rekla da moram hrpu dokumenata joj donijeti iz Bosne.. Savjetujem da direkt idete u Bosnu rješavati pasoš a ne ovdje. After explaining the situation regarding the passport via e-mail (+ call attempt) and receiving a response from the Embassy such as "Thank you very much for the info, nice greetings, etc.", I came from Linz to shout at the counter and said that she had not read mail than someone else and said that I have to bring her a bunch of documents from Bosnia .. I advise you to go directly to Bosnia to solve the passport and not here.
