★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann leider nichts positives berichten. Am 15.2.2020 eine Anfrage wegen einer Spiegelheizung per Mail geschickt und bis am 24.2.2020 keine Antwort erhalten. Am 24.2 Nachtelefoniert und mit Hr. Novakovic gesprochen. Er hat angeblich keine Mail erhalten und ich soll meine Anfrage noch einmal schicken. Gesagt getan,- heute ist der 3.3.2020 und noch immer keine Antwort. Der eine Stern ist aus meiner Sicht auch nicht gerechtfertigt es sollten eigentlich Null Sterne sein. Meine Erfahrung,- zweimal überlegen ob man mit so einer Firma Geschäfte machen will.
 Can't say anything positive. On February 15, 2020, an inquiry about a mirror heater was sent by email and received no response on February 24, 2020. Called on 24.2 and with Mr. Novakovic spoken. He allegedly did not receive an email and I should send my request again. No sooner said than done - today is March 3rd, 2020 and still no answer. The one star is not justified in my view, it should actually be zero stars. My experience - think twice if you want to do business with such a company.
