K	Karl Pollak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ von Barbara Hann-Pollak 28.5.2020 Schwimmteich Kat. 2 (ohne Technik) mit 117m2 Oberfläche, davon ca.10x5m Schwimmbereich plus Anlage angrenzendes Staudenbeet und eine Großbaumpflanzung Von einem kompetenten Erstberatungsgespräch im Schaugarten mit dem Chef über das ausführliche Auftrags-Detailgespräch bei uns vorort bis hin zum fertigen Schwimmteich hat mit Firma Zangl alles super funktioniert! Ein sehr gut aufgeschlüsselter Kostenvoranschlag gab uns als Laien viele neue Informationen über das Entstehen eines derartigen Schwimmteichs - super interessant! Herr Zangl und das Team sind sehr sympathisch, verlässlich - alle haben tolle Arbeit geleistet! Der Zeitplan wurde eingehalten. Alle auftauchenden Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet (und das waren zu Beginn einige …)! Das war im Zeitraum Jänner bis April 2019 - also vor einem Jahr. Wir - mein Mann und ich (und unser Hund) wollen unseren Schwimmteich nicht missen, er war die Investition mehr als wert! Insbesondere in den letzten 10 "Corona"-Wochen hat mir der Blick vom "Home Office" auf den sich fast täglich verändernden Schwimmteich ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert und ein angenehmes Gefühl vermittelt (Beobachten Pflanzenwachstum, Tierwelt - u.a. viele, sich verpuppende Libellenlarven, von drei Wechselkröten und einem Grasfrosch inkl. Laich > Kaulquappen - ein gut funktionierender Kreislauf). Wir erleben/leben eben den ersten gesamten Jahreszyklus. Natürlich gehört eine gewisse Schwimmteichpflege dazu, das war uns bei der Entscheidung sehr bewusst und wir machen das beide sehr gerne! Für mich hat das fast etwas Meditatives! Der Schwimmteich gibt uns unseren Einsatz täglich zurück! Falls wir etwas wissen wollen, kontaktieren wir Herrn Zangl und bekommen umgehend die richtigen Tipps - das ist für Einsteiger wie uns ein sehr wertvolles Service! Mittlerweile hat unser Schwimmteich in einer Tiefe von über 2m fast 20°C Wassertemperatur und heute (28.5.20) erfreuen uns bereits 25 Stück blühender Seerosen und es kommen noch mehr! Wunderschön und herzerfrischend! Jetzt muss sich nur noch das Wetter ein wenig bessern, dann geht's ab "in die Fluten"! A very well broken down cost estimate gave us as laypersons a lot of new information about the creation of such a swimming pond - super interesting! Mr. Zangl and the team are very personable, reliable - everyone did a great job! The schedule was kept. All questions that came up were answered competently (and that was some ...)! That was in the period from January to April 2019 - a year ago. We - my husband and I (and our dog) don't want to miss our swimming pond, it was more than worth the investment! Especially in the last 10 "Corona" weeks, the view from the "Home Office" to the swimming pond, which changes almost daily, put a smile on my face and gave me a pleasant feeling (watching plant growth, wildlife - including many pupating dragonfly larvae from three toads and a common frog including spawning> tadpoles - a well-functioning cycle). We experience / live the first entire annual cycle. Of course, a certain swimming pond care is part of it, we were very aware of this when we made the decision and we both love to do it! For me, this is almost meditative! The swimming pond gives us back our efforts every day! If we want to know something, we contact Mr. Zangl and get the right tips immediately - this is a very valuable service for beginners like us! In the meantime, our swimming pond has a water temperature of almost 20 ° C at a depth of over 2m and today (28.5.20) we are already enjoying 25 blooming water lilies and more are coming! Beautiful and refreshing! Now only the weather has to improve a little, then it goes "into the floods"! All the best to Zangl!

Ausschlaggebend war die Möglichkeit zum Selbstbau des Naturpools sowie der überaus kompetente Ersteindruck beim Beratungsgespräch. (Wir waren erst unsicher welcher Teichtyp zu uns passt, Besuch und Beratung im Schaugarten haben für uns Klarheit geschaffen.) Anhand der Anleitung und dem offenen Ohr des Teams (für Rückfragen) war es uns möglich in sehr arbeitsintensiven Wochen unseren Traum vom eigenen Teich zu realisieren. Unserer Meinung nach zeichnet das Unternehmen rund um Herrn Zangl Professionalität, Pünktlichkeit, Erfahrung, die tolle Erreichbarkeit (bei Fragen) und Zuverlässigkeit aus. In Summe wurde damit das Vertrauen geschaffen, das für uns die Basis eines Projekts dieser Dimension (Kosten, Beständigkeit) ist. After extensive research, we decided to implement the Zangl company to implement our pool project. (We were initially unsure which pond type would suit us, visiting and consulting in the show garden made it clear to us.) In our opinion, the company around Mr. Zangl distinguishes professionalism, punctuality, experience, great accessibility (with questions) and reliability. All in all, the trust was created, which for us is the basis of a project of this dimension (cost, durability).

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und der Chef ist immer ereichbar und hat immer eine Antwort auf unsere Fragen gehabt, welche mit dem Baufortschritt immer mehr wurden. Tolles Preis-Leistungsaverhältnis. Die Firma Zangl können wir nur weiter empfehlen!!! Really highly recommended. All agreed delivery dates were met exactly. The employees are very hard working and the boss is always available and has always had an answer to our questions, which became more and more with the construction progress. Great price-performance ratio. We can only recommend the Zangl company !!!

Der Kostenvoranschlag wurde exakt berechnet, es entstanden keine Mehrkosten, obwohl in einem sehr regnerischen Monat gebaut wurde und die Mitarbeiter daher immer wieder unterbrechen und am nächsten Tag weiter machen mussten. Es wurde der Baufortschritt erklärt, alles in allem eine sehr angenehme Zusammenarbeit und eine sehr nette Truppe. Auch der Chef Helmut Zangl ist telefonisch immer direkt zu erreichen und beantwortet geduldig alle Fragen, die sich vor allem jetzt in der Nutzung und vor dem Winter ergeben. Wir haben viel Freude mit unserem Naturpool und können die Firma Zangl guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. From planning to implementation, everything worked out great. The cost estimate was calculated exactly, there were no additional costs, even though it was built in a very rainy month and therefore the staff had to stop again and again the next day. It was explained the construction progress, all in all a very pleasant cooperation and a very nice troupe. Even the boss Helmut Zangl is always directly reachable by phone and patiently answers all the questions that arise above all in the use and before the winter. We have a lot of fun with our natural pool and can recommend the company Zangl in good conscience.
