J	J P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Techniker" kann keine Einbau Spülmaschine ausbauen (aufgrund einer Garantiereparatur), obwohl das Gerät erst vor 2 Jahren eingebaut wurde. Das Gerät müsste seiner Meinung nach frei zugänglich sein (Einbau Geschirrspüler!). Der "Techniker" hatte weder eine genaue Fehlerdiagnose durchführen können, noch hatte er Ersatzteile dabei. Mir wurde übrigens nachher auf Nachfrage bei Quelle klar und unmissverständlich mitgeteilt, dass nicht wir für den Ausbau des Gerätes zuständig sind sondern der "Servicepartner", also sie. "Technicians" cannot remove a built-in dishwasher (due to a warranty repair), although the device was only installed 2 years ago. In his opinion, the device should be freely accessible (built-in dishwasher!). The "technician" had neither been able to carry out an exact fault diagnosis nor did he have spare parts with him. Incidentally, when I asked Quelle afterwards, I was told clearly and unequivocally that we were not responsible for removing the device, but rather the "service partner", i.e. you.
M	Manuel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute kam ein Techniker dieser Firma zu uns um unseren Backofen zu reparieren. Selten habe ich so viel Kompetenz in so kurzer zeit gesehen. Wie Mozart die Violine bemühte, drehte er den Schraubenzieher. In kürzester Zeit war unser Dampfgarbackofen schon wieder bereit für die nächste kulinarische Symphonie. Ich möchte mich bedanken, da ich solch exzellenten Service nicht gewohnt bin. Today a technician from this company came to us to repair our oven. I have seldom seen so much competence in such a short time. As Mozart tried the violin, he turned the screwdriver. In no time, our steam oven was ready for the next culinary symphony. I would like to say thank you as I am not used to such excellent service.

Die Angebotspreise sind fair und ohne versteckten Zusatzkosten. Kann man weiter empfehlen! Perfect process from the service technician to the preparation of the offer, delivery and installation, disposal of old devices. The offer prices are fair and have no hidden additional costs. Der Mitarbeiter erwies sich als äußerst kompetent, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Problem konnte somit rasch und unkompliziert gelöst werden. Auf Grund dieser positiven Erfahrung empfehle ich diesen Service gerne weiter. The technician's visit went to my complete satisfaction and to my surprise the technician even came earlier than announced, which is gold, especially with a defective dishwasher. The employee turned out to be extremely competent, very friendly and helpful. The problem could thus be solved quickly and easily. Based on this positive experience, I am happy to recommend this service to others.

Großes Lob und herzlichen Dank für diese Hilfe und Reparatur durch den Techniker Daniel Kneitlein, der für die Firma Wörndl bzw. für uns Kunden on the road ist. Vor ein paar Wochen habe ich - zugegeben - nicht die allerteuerste Waschine (Mittelklasse) gekauft. Für eine renovierte Wohnung im südlichen Pongau - also eine schöne Strecke außerhalb des Zentralraumes. Ich habe nicht damit gerechnet, bei einem technischen Defekt so rasch, so unbürokratisch und so freundlich die Hilfe zu bekommen - noch dazu aus der Sicht der Stadt Salzburg (wo Fa. Wörndl beheimatet ist) am A.... der Welt zwischen den Bergen der Hohen Tauern. Ich muss jetzt aufpassen, dass diese Bewertung nicht zu kitschig wird. Also Leute, auf diesen Betrieb und seinen Techniker Kneitlein ist Verlass! DANKE! Ich vermute stark, das gilt auch für seine Kollegen. Das war schon bei der Terminvereinbarung am Telefon zu spüren.
