Nach der unkomplizierten Terminvereinbarung wurden wir zuerst freundlich über die Möglichkeiten beraten und die Änderungen wurden sauber und kompetent durchgeführt. Alles in allem tip top! PS: Danke für die Empfehlung und Lösung mit dem Bewegungsmelder - der ist Gold wert. I had a very good experience with Elektro Herzog. Our office in an old building urgently needed a visit from an electrician. After making the uncomplicated appointment, we were first given friendly advice about the options and the changes were carried out cleanly and competently. All in all tip top! PS: Thanks for the recommendation and solution with the motion detector - it's worth its weight in gold.

Wer macht das heute noch so schnell? Da wir ein 5-Personen Haushalt sind, ist die Waschmaschine unbedingt schnell nötig gewesen. Danke und volle 5 Sterne an Elektro Herzog! Top company, washing machine was broken last Friday in the morning, noon I got a new washing machine at a fair price! Who does it so fast today? Since we are a 5-person household, the washing machine was absolutely necessary. Thank you and full 5 stars to Elektro Herzog!

Habe letztens einen Geschirrspüler beim Herzog bestellt: Dieser wurde wenigen Tagen geliefert, sofort eingebaut und der alte Geschirrspüler samt der Verpackung des neuen Geräts entsorgt. Alles total reibungslos und unkompliziert. Bin schon lange Kunde und werde es noch lange bleiben :-) Fast, competent and friendly! I recently ordered a dishwasher from the Duke: it was delivered in a few days, installed immediately, and the old dishwasher, including the packaging of the new device, was disposed of. Everything totally smooth and uncomplicated. I have been a customer for a long time and will remain so for a long time :-)

Anfangs wollte ich für die Renovierung des elektronischen Verbaus in einer Wohnung lediglich ein Angebot, um es mit anderen Anbietern vergleichen zu können. Er kam verspätet zur Besichtigung und meinte nach kurzer Absprache, dass er nochmals kommt und alles aufzeichnen wird. Ich dachte, er möchte sich die gewünschten Dinge das nächste Mal genauer notieren, stattdessen kam er mit einem Lehrling und begann zu arbeiten und meinte das geschehe über Regie. Ich fühlte mich überumpelt und als ich ihn an das Angebot erinnerte, meinte er, das bekomme ich noch - das geschah auch einige Tage später und war teurer als die Konkurrenz, worauf ich ihn selbstverständlich absagte. Was danach folgte, war eine Rechnung, die wieder überteuert war und zudem Leistungen vermerkt wurden, die ich nicht mal wollte. I am very disappointed with the customer-unfriendly approach taken by Mr. Herzog. At first I just wanted an offer for the renovation of the electronic installation in an apartment so that I could compare it with other providers. He came late for the inspection and said after a brief consultation that he would come again and record everything. I thought he would like to write down the desired things more precisely the next time, instead he came with an apprentice and started to work and said it was done via directing. I felt overwhelmed and when I reminded him of the offer, he said, I'll still get it - that happened a few days later and was more expensive than the competition, so of course I turned it down. What followed was a bill that was again overpriced and services that I didn't even want were noted.

Es war keine leichte Aufgabe, eine OCCHIO Deckenlampe in 3.30m Raumhöhe zu montieren. It was excellent, the two young men were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was not an easy task to mount an OCCHIO ceiling lamp at a height of 3.30m.
