Hab am nächsten Tag ein Angebot über 1 Stk Monitor mit einer Ersparnis von 0,84 Euro zum eigentlichen Internetpreis erhalten. Hab danach die Dame angerufen und wollte nachfragen ob da ein Fehler passiert ist, weil Sie mir nur ein Stück Angeboten hat und ich 4 Stk angefragt habe und ob ich dann doch einen anderen Preis bekomme wenn sich die Abnahmemenge erhöht. Leider war die Dame extrem unfreundlich, hat mir eigentlich gar nicht zugehört und meinte nur ob ich nicht wisse wie man 20% Mehrwertsteuer rechnet! Danach hat die Dame mir am Telefon gezeigt wie man das richtig rechnet, Danke dafür, jetzt kann ich das als Selbstständiger endlich die MwSt rechnen :) Jeder hat vielleicht mal einen schlechten Tag, aber so ein Verhalten ist für mich trotzdem nicht akzeptabel. Made an online request as a B2B customer. It was about 4 pcs Samsung monitors. The next day I received an offer for 1 pc monitor with a saving of 0.84 euros on the actual internet price. Then I called the lady and wanted to ask if there was an error because she only offered me one piece and I asked for 4 pieces and whether I would get a different price if the purchase quantity increases. Unfortunately, the lady was extremely unfriendly, didn't actually listen to me and just said whether I didn't know how to calculate 20% VAT! Then the lady showed me on the phone how to calculate it correctly, thanks for that, now I can finally calculate the VAT as a self-employed person :) Everyone may have a bad day, but such behavior is still not acceptable to me.
I	Iris Fink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremst unfreundlich so was habe ich noch nie erlebt! Kunden werden diskriminiert, Geräte, die nur einmal eingeschaltet wurden werden nicht zurück genommen. Erklärt wird gar nichts! Auch mein Ehemann wurde bei der Abholung diskriminiert und holte trotzdem den Laptop ab, was ein großer Fehler war. Wäre doch besser gewesen auf das Bauchgefühl zu hören... Extremely unfriendly, I've never seen anything like it! Customers are discriminated against, devices that have only been switched on once are not taken back. Nothing is explained! My husband was also discriminated when picking it up and still picked up the laptop, which was a big mistake. It would have been better to listen to your gut feeling ...
