Herr und Frau Topf arbeiten Hand in Hand zügig und professionell. Herr Topf beantwortet jede Frage kompetent und sehr freundlich. Ich hätte die Hubstützen inclusive TouchPad in Deutschland nirgends um diesen Preis bekommen. Die Fahrt nach Wien hat sich echt gelohnt! Vielen Dank an euch beide!!! I have on 06.03. 2020 at Klug on my Chausson 727 GA hydraulic jacks from the FA. Have EP hydraulics installed. Mr. and Mrs. Topf work hand in hand quickly and professionally. Mr. Topf answers every question competently and very friendly. I would never have got the lifting supports including the TouchPad in Germany at this price. The trip to Vienna was really worth it! Thanks a lot to you two!!!
R	Reinhard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nur jeden warnen. Habe hydraulische Hubstützen für Wohnmobil mit Einbau per Vorauszahlung bestellt. Die Ware war nicht komplett und entsprach auch nicht dem Angebot. Nachbesserung wurde mehrmals zugesagt, Termine jedoch nie eingehalten. Immer nur telefonische Ausreden: Hersteller kann nicht liefern( was nach Tel. Auskunft nicht stimmt) Krankheit, nächste Woche sicher usw. .. inzwischen sind mehrere Monate vergangen und ich musste Rechtsbeistand nehmen. Laut Gerichtbeschluss musste die Firma meinen Aufwand für die Nachbesserung und Fertigstellung der Hubstützenanlage ( bei einer Fremdfirma )sowie sowie die Anwalts- und Gerichtskosten bezahlen. Meine Hubstützenanlage ist nun fertig und funktioniert. Can only warn everyone. I ordered hydraulic jacks for motorhomes with installation in advance. The goods were not complete and did not correspond to the offer. Repairs were promised several times, but deadlines were never met. Only excuses over the phone: Manufacturer cannot deliver (which is not true according to Tel. Information) Illness, next week for sure, etc. .. in the meantime several months have passed and I had to take legal advice. According to the court order, the company had to pay my expenses for the repair and completion of the jack system (at an external company) as well as the legal and court costs. My jack system is now ready and working.
