Bezirk am Gürtel in Wien angesehen, jedoch kam nach einer halben Stunde bereits die nächste Besichtigung was ich als extrem knapp getaktet bei einer so großen Wohnung empfand und wir wurden auch direkt weg geschickt. Wir haben jedoch trotzdem noch am selben Tag ein Kaufangebot gemacht weil uns die Wohnung so gefallen hat und wollten sogar den vollen Preis bezahlen, jedoch drängte die Immobilienmaklerin uns den vorgeschlagenen Anwalt für die Erstellung des Kaufvertrages zu nehmen, was wir nicht wollten, da wir diesen auch vollständig bezahlen, nicht die Verkäufer. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, obwohl als Maklerin mit "Doppeltätigkeit" getarnt, habe ich davon absolut nichts bemerkt. Die gesamte Organisation und Kommunikation absolut unprofessionell und enttäuschend. Schade, die Wohnung hätten wir gerne gekauft! We looked at an almost 90m2 apartment for sale in the 18th district on the Gurtel in Vienna, but after half an hour the next viewing came, which I found to be extremely tight for such a large apartment and we were sent away directly. However, we made an offer to buy the same day because we liked the apartment so much and even wanted to pay the full price, but the real estate agent urged us to use the proposed lawyer to draw up the purchase contract, which we didn't want because we didn't have one also pay in full, not the seller. To make a long story short, although disguised as a real estate agent with a "double job", I didn't notice anything at all. The entire organization and communication absolutely unprofessional and disappointing. It's a shame, we would have liked to have bought the apartment!

For the first time in many years and in different countries an agent didn’t let us down, and in a matter time f days literally it was all sorted out. We have been helped out by two staff Principally Yasmin and then Cornelia. Patiently accommodated our requests and helped me understand provisions of the contract ( first time tenant in Austria)! I would certainly recommend using their services. Highly recommended !
