M	M. Kellner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blumenstrauß um EUR 50, den mir mein Mann und meine zwei kleinen Kinder vorab zum Muttertag geschenkt haben, war am nächsten Tag welk. Enttäuschung vor allem der Kinder sehr groß. Bei Blumenwerk mittels Fotos reklamiert, kein Entgegenkommen, kein Ersatz! Eine wirkliche Enttäuschung, und das, obwohl wir jahrelange Kunden sind. Früher war ich von der Qualität der Blumen begeistert, bereits seit einigen Monaten halten diese nur mehr wenige Tage, dieser Strauß war jedoch mit nur 1 Tag die größte Enttäuschung. Ebenso, wie das absolut nicht vorhandene Kundenservice. Schade... A bouquet of flowers for EUR 50, which my husband and two small children gave me in advance for Mother's Day, was withered the next day. The children in particular were very disappointed. Complaint to Blumenwerk by means of photos, no accommodation, no replacement! A real disappointment, even though we've been customers for years. I used to be enthusiastic about the quality of the flowers, they have only lasted a few days for a few months, but this bouquet was the biggest disappointment with only 1 day. As well as the absolutely non-existent customer service. Pity...

Obwohl ich mittlerweile nicht mehr in der Nähe wohne, spaziere ich doch sehr gerne in die Marc-Aurel-Straße, um besondere Arrangements zu holen - vor allem für Geschenke. Exquisite flower shop with competent support. I am amazed every time I see the many blooms in the beautiful old building. Although I no longer live nearby, I really enjoy strolling down Marc-Aurel-Straße to get special arrangements - especially for gifts.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich zu Besuch in Wien bin, nehme ich für Familie und Freunde Blumen, Gestecke oder kleine Geschenke vom Blumenwerk mit. Alle sind begeistert. Musste leider auch schon ein paar Mal Trauergebinde ordern und war auch von diesen total begeistert. Das Blumenwerk in Wien ist einen Besuch wert!! Wonderful selection, good quality! Every time I visit Vienna, I take flowers, arrangements or small gifts from the flower factory for family and friends. Everyone is excited. Unfortunately I had to order mourning containers a couple of times and was totally thrilled with them. The flower factory in Vienna is worth a visit!

Auch die feinen Duftkerzen, Blumentöpfe und Vasen findet man selten in ähnlichen Geschäften. Ich kann dieses Blumengeschäft mit der liebevollen Beratung nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Ms. Hobel and her friendly, competent team meet the highest expectations. They design creative flower decorations and are extremely keen to cater to every request. The flowers are always very fresh and last a particularly long time, which is unfortunately not always available. Alone when entering the pretty shop you will find many inspirations for an extraordinarily decorative decoration, which is also thanks to Ms. Hobel's elegant, delicate taste and feeling for extra class. The fine scented candles, flower pots and vases are also rarely found in similar shops. I can only recommend this flower shop to everyone with the loving advice.
