Die Qualität absolute Spitzenklassen und die Kommunikation mit der Auftragsabwicklung eine 1+. Sehr gerne bestelle ich wieder Trikots oder Merch über hockeywear.at Ich finde die Seite absolut empfehlenswert, vor allem wenn es darum geht eine Idee welche man im Kopf hat, in ein Design umzusetzen. We have had new jerseys produced for our fun team (Ice Birds), the price / performance is simply unbeatable. The quality of absolute top class and the communication with the order processing a 1+. I am very happy to order jerseys or merch via hockeywear.at again I find the site absolutely recommendable, especially when it comes to converting an idea that you have in your head into a design.
C	Carsten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht bei Online-Bestellungen! Geld weg - Ware nie erhalten! Ich kann leider keine positiven Erfahrungen berichten. Ich habe vor mehr als zwei Monaten erstmals bei diesem Online-Shop eine Bestellung vorgenommen. Der Versand wurde mit 2-3 Werktagen angegeben. Auch nach drei Wochen war noch keine Ware da. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte ich noch einen sehr netten Kontakt mit dem Händler, welcher mir glaubhaft den Eindruck erweckte, sich zu kümmern. Die Ware wurde für Ende des kommenden Monats angekündigt und der Fehler auf den Hersteller geschoben. Nach zwei Monaten habe ich immer noch nichts erhalten. Der Händler ist nicht mehr erreichbar, weder per Mail noch per Telefon. Ein Anruf beim Hersteller der Ware ergab, dass auch dieser seit Wochen erfolglos versucht, Kontakt zum Händler zu bekommen. Die Bestellung wurde seitens des Herstellers nicht versandt, weil die Zahlung noch nicht eingegangen sei. Meinerseits ist die Zahlung direkt bei der Bestellung geleistet worden. Der Händler hat also das Geld nie weitergeleitet. Ich musste den paypal-Käuferschutz aktivieren, worauf bisher jedoch auch keinerlei Reaktion erfolgte. Dank paypal-Käuferschutz werde ich zwar das Geld wiederbekommen, aber der Ärger und Aufwand bleibt. Inzwischen hat der Hersteller mich kontaktiert und die Zahlung und den Versand direkt mit mir erledigt. Bleibt nur zu sagen: Vorsicht! Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt ist wohl schwer einzuschätzen, was genau Stand der Dinge bei diesem Shop ist. Update 14.8.: auch der Zahlungsdienstleister paypal hat es nicht geschafft, Kontakt zu Eckl zu bekommen. Ich habe mein Geld daher heute über den Käuferschutz zurück bekommen. Nach allem muss man wohl davon abraten, hier einzukaufen. Beware of online orders! Money away - goods never received! Unfortunately, I can not report positive experiences. I made an order for this online shop for the first time more than two months ago. The shipping was indicated with 2-3 working days. Even after three weeks, there was no product. At this time I still had a very nice contact with the dealer, which credibly gave me the impression to take care of. The goods were announced for the end of next month and pushed the error on the manufacturer. After two months, I still have not received anything. The dealer is no longer available, either by mail or by phone. A call to the manufacturer of the goods revealed that this also unsuccessfully tried for weeks to get contact to the dealer. The order was not sent by the manufacturer because the payment had not been received. For my part, the payment has been made directly to the order. The dealer has never passed the money. I had to activate the paypal buyer protection, but so far no reaction has taken place. Thanks to paypal buyer protection, I will get the money back, but the hassle and effort remains. Meanwhile, the manufacturer has contacted me and done the payment and shipping directly with me. Just to say: Caution! At the present time it is probably difficult to assess what exactly is the current state of affairs in this shop. Update 14.8 .: also the payment service provider paypal did not manage to contact Eckl. So today I got my money back from the buyer protection. After all, you probably have to advise against shopping here.

Eigentlich ging es um meinen Sohn, aber anfragen werden ignoriert oder gar nicht beantwortet. Wir kannten die Firma, den Shop von den letzten Käufen in Hart bei Graz, wo ich auch hingefahren bin. Dort wurde mir erklärt das die Firma in Konkurs ist, hab dann im Internet nachgesehen und stellte fest das die Firma jetzt neu in Kalsdorf Feldäckerweg 10/4 ansässig ist. Aber auch da gibt es auch keine Firma??? Somit hat es sich für uns erledigt, es gibt auch noch andere. Unfortunately, I cannot determine whether this company really exists, or whether the company is within the legal framework. Actually it was about my son, but inquiries are ignored or not answered at all. We knew the company and the shop from the last few purchases in Hart bei Graz, where I also went. There I was told that the company is bankrupt, then looked it up on the Internet and found that the company is now based in Kalsdorf Feldäckerweg 10/4. But there is no company there either ??? So it is done for us, there are others too.
