Die Firma Intersport meinte das kann passieren das ein teil nicht angeschraubt ist. Bei weiterer Aufklärung stellt sich heraus das sie die Teile nicht ordnungsgemäß festziehen wie es die Hersteller vorgeben. Bitte Vorsicht bei Intersport Pilz wenn ihr was kauft da geht es um euer Leben. The bike was bought for my 10 year old son. At the first exit he lost the foot pedal on the street. My son fell as a result. The company Intersport said it can happen that a part is not screwed on. Upon further investigation, it turns out that they are not tightening the parts properly as specified by the manufacturers. Please be careful with Intersport Pilz if you buy something, your life is at stake.

Ein sehr aufmerksamer Verkäufer hat uns angesprochen und wirklich sehr gut beraten. Er hat die verschiedenen Räder super erklärt und war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerade in einem Sportgeschäft ist fachliches Wissen und Verständnis das sich vielleicht der Kunde nicht so gut auskennt und auf Hilfe angewiesen ist sehr wichtig. Sehr lobenswert!!!!!! My kids and I looked around at the bikes. Had no idea what would suit us. A very attentive seller approached us and gave us really good advice. He explained the different bikes really well and was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially in a sports shop, professional knowledge and understanding that the customer may not be familiar and need help is very important. Very commendable!!!!!
