In the middle of one of the most culturally and traditionally rich cities in Europe, ECCO opened its flagship store in Salzburg. At the opening, the internationally renowned shoe manufacturer and leather supplier presented, among other things, its individual indigo leather collection to the invited guests. ECCO opened its new flagship store right next to Mozart's birthplace at Getreidegasse 8, in the middle of Salzburg's historic old town. Innovative designs from the fields of sports, golf and accessories, for women as well as men, can be found on 74m². While my uncle is trying 3 pairs of shoes, the clerk told my aunt "if you are looking for shoes with discount please don't try the non-discounted shoes, I don't want to go back and get them for you." Yes that came with the rolling eyes and condescending voice. My uncle was ready to buy two pairs (from a different sales person) and pay and of course we left because my aunt got angry ... 台湾服务员服务态度极差， “你要买打折的就不要看正价的.我不想去后面拿.” 我舅舅都已经挑好了准备买两双（另外一个服务员）结果因为舅妈被这个服务员怼了就走了。。。 The Taiwanese store clerk was quite rude. "I don't want to go back and get them for you." Yes that came with the rolling eyes and condescending voice. My uncle was ready to buy two pairs (from a different sales person) and pay and of course we left because my aunt got angry ... Taiwan waiters have a very poor service attitude. "If you want to buy a discount, don't look at the regular price. I don't want to go back." I have already picked up and prepared to buy two pairs (another waiter). The result was that my aunt was left behind by the waiter. . .

Und bestehende Stiefeletten wurden kurz kostenlos gesäubert. Sehr zuvorkommend. Plus Beratung, wie man welche Lederart am besten pflegt. Very nice and courteous saleswoman despite the large number of customers. Finally found my perfect leather boots. And existing ankle boots were briefly cleaned free of charge. Very obliging. Plus advice on how to best care for which type of leather.
D	Daniela Dobler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin auf Empfehlung meiner Mutter hin die schon einiges an Geld da gelassen hat und auch schon Freunde und Bekannte hingeschickt hat. Die Verkäuferin war nett und zuvorkommend und so hab ich mich zu einen Schuh für 180 Eur überreden lassen. Nach den zweiten Mal tragen - war der Schuh( weiss) etwas schmutzig weswegen ich ihn mir beim putzen zum ersten Mal wirklich genau angesehen habe. Mit Entsetzen hab ich bemerkt das das Leder an einer Seite relativ zerkratzt war. Da diese Kratzer wohl nicht von 2 Mal spazieren herkommen können bzw. Selbst wenn, das für die Qualität eines 180 eur Schuh definitiv nicht steht - bin ich wieder in den Laden um dies zu reklamieren. Nach Diskussionen und zweimal vorbei kommen ( entscheiden darf in den Laden keiner). Zitat: es kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden das der Schuh bereits beim Kauf beschädigt war, es kann aber auch nicht ausgeschlossen werden das sie mit den Schuh nicht hängen geblieben sind wo..und deswegen werden wir den Schuh auch nicht austauschen oder auf Kulanz eine Gutschrift anbieten. Nun gut in Zeiten von Corona kann man sich die Kunden wohl aussuchen - nichtsdestotrotz ob der Schuh jetzt bereits beschädigt war oder durchs spazieren im flachen Gelände beschädigt wurde..weder das eine noch das andere Spricht für den Kundenservice oder die Qualität des Ladens bzw. der Produkte. Weder meine Familie noch meine Freunde werden hier wieder einkaufen! On the recommendation of my mother, who has already left some money there and has also sent friends and acquaintances there. After wearing it for the second time - the shoe (white) was a bit dirty, which is why I took a really close look at it for the first time when cleaning. I noticed with horror that the leather was relatively scratched on one side. Since these scratches probably cannot come from walking twice or even if that definitely does not stand for the quality of a 180 eur shoe - I went back to the shop to complain. After discussions and dropping by twice (nobody is allowed to decide in the store). Quote: it cannot be ruled out that the shoe was already damaged when you bought it, but it cannot be ruled out that you didn’t get stuck with the shoe ... and that’s why we will not exchange the shoe or offer a credit note as a goodwill gesture . Well in times of Corona you can choose your customers - regardless of whether the shoe was already damaged or was damaged while walking in flat terrain ... Neither one nor the other speaks for the customer service or the quality of the shop or the shop Products. Neither my family nor friends will shop here again!
