Wenn der Vertrag ausläuft bin ich wieder bei Verbund!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie haben nicht gesagt, dass die Kosten für Wiener Netze NICHT inkludiert sind. Ich habe geglaubt, beim Wechsel spare ich monatlich €24 aber eigentlich muss ich €18 mehr im Monat zahlen! Ich hätte nie Verbund verlassen sollen. Muss leider ein ganzes Jahr im Vertrag bei der Firma bleiben, ich bedaure den Wechsel sehr. Immer fragen und schauen, ob die Kosten für Wiener Netze inkludiert sind. ?
You did not say that the costs for Wiener Netze are NOT included. I thought that if I switched I would save € 24 a month, but actually I have to pay € 18 more a month! I should never have left Verbund. Unfortunately I have to stay with the company for a full year, I very much regret the change. Always ask and see if the costs for Wiener Netze are included. ?
