Auch im Shop Jedermann / Frau sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Meine nächsten Bikes werden auf jeden Fall dort gekauft. Danke an das ganze Team Insanity company, rarely met so friendly and competent people. No matter who you have on the phone, everyone is very friendly and tries hard to help. Also in the shop everybody / woman very helpful and competent. My next bikes will definitely be bought there. Thanks to the whole team

Hier hat man ein gutes Gefühl selbst wenn man alles nur online abwickelt wie in meinem Fall (da 240km Entfernung) Fast, hassle-free delivery. Top price. Great appearance or presence (website, Youtube). Here you have a good feeling even if you only handle everything online as in my case (there is a distance of 240km)

Gemäss TNT Schweiz und TNT Oesterreich wurden nur 2 Packete versandt. Ein 3tes Packet wurde nie gescannt. 07.05.2021: Letze Meldung von Shop, man suche den Akku. 20.05.2021 Ich habe Shop gebeten mir den fehlenden Akku nach zu senden. Nichts, keine Antwort, kein Akku. 02.06.2021 Wieder teures Telefonat nach Oesterreich. Der Suchauftrag wurde gar noch nicht vom Shop ausgelöst (nach 30 Tagen! ) . Es fehlten TNT CH und TNT AT Daten zum fehlenden Packet. Shop zeigt lediglich wenig initative nach meinen Telefonaten. 11.06.2021: Nach 45 Tagen wurde der fehlende Akku vom Shop noch immer nicht nachgeliefert. Geld zurück gefordert. 15.06.2021 Eingang der Rückzahlung auf Konto. Fazit.: erste und letzte Bestellung bei diesem Shop. Lieber von Anfang an etwas mehr bezahlen. Viel Umtrieb und Ärger sparen! Unerklärlich die guten Bewertungen. Unverschämt der Internetauftritt mit dem vielen Eigenlob. -> Nachtrag siehe AW v. Shop in TrustedShop: Nun soll ich wohl noch dankbar sein für Geld und Zollgebühr zurück für nicht gelieferte Ware. Order not received. Catastrophic crisis management. 04/27/2021: 3 batteries (2000 €) ordered and paid for. 05/05/2021: only 2 batteries received. According to TNT Switzerland and TNT Austria, only 2 packages were sent. A 3rd package was never scanned. May 7th, 2021: Last message from shop, they are looking for the battery. May 20th, 2021 I asked the shop to send me the missing battery. Nothing, no answer, no battery. June 2nd, 2021 Another expensive phone call to Austria. The search request has not yet been triggered by the shop (after 30 days!). TNT CH and TNT AT data for the missing packet were missing. Shop shows only little initiative after my phone calls. 06/11/2021: After 45 days, the missing battery was still not delivered from the shop. Demanded money back. 15.06.2021 Receipt of the repayment on the account. Conclusion: first and last order in this shop. Better to pay a little more from the start. Save a lot of hassle and trouble! Inexplicable the good reviews. The internet presence with all the self-praise is outrageous. -> Addendum see AW v. Shop in TrustedShop: Now I should be grateful for the money and customs fee back for undelivered goods.

P	Pierre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) I buy one e-bike diamant but the controller C3 Nuvinci is reversed ( error of mounting) is dangerous to drive with this and i will waiting the answer of this shop and from Diamant , i'm also waiting the certificat of conformity of this e-bike , i feel they don't check before sending .I don't know also for the warranty ,, maybee this shop is good but i'm not lucky. i need also the original owner book (Ride+) and i will waiting because i think the factory has the copy recorder on database. But the e-bike diamant is nice and good quality but i don't understand how to mounting inner cable reversed on the C3 controller? they don't have quality control ?
