J	Jennifer Willvonseder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiter leider nicht sehr freundlich, als man darauf aufmerksam macht sie über eine App gekauft zu haben und sie abzuholen, wird einem gesagt "es ist eine Minute vor halb 7, sie bekommen diese frühestens um halb 7" - was soll da bitte heißen frühestens? Und wieso kann man dies nicht in einem normalen Ton mit mehr Empathie sagen? Mir ging es nicht darum die eine Minute noch warten zu müssen, aber dies hätte man sicher auch anders vermitteln können! Wenn man über die too good to Go App bestellt bekommt man leider nur einfache Donuts evtl. pro Packung (6stk) einen einzigen mit Füllung, obwohl noch genug in der Theke waren - die werden dann wohl doch lieber weggeschmissen - schade! Hierfür ist mir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dann doch zu teuer und gehe lieber zur Konkurrenz (im Supermarkt). Unfortunately, the staff is not very friendly, when you point out that you bought them via an app and pick them up, you are told "it's a minute before 6:30, you won't get them until 6:30 at the earliest" - what do you mean at the earliest please? And why not say this in a normal tone with more empathy? It wasn't about having to wait a minute, but this could certainly have been communicated differently! If you order via the too good to go app, you only get simple donuts, maybe one per pack (6 pieces) with a filling, although there were still enough in the counter - they'd probably rather be thrown away - a pity! The price-performance ratio is too expensive for me and I prefer to go to the competition (in the supermarket).
