N	N King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop gets everything wrong about doughnuts. It seems focused on the appeal of toppings and is way too expensive. I tried a nutella doughnut and the filling was liquid so it leaked everywhere and was impossible to eat. The basic cake doughnuts were also tasteless, so was the icing, and the labels were not organized with the right products, so there was really nothing to like. I’m never going back, at least until there are paper bags instead of boxes, the price drops, and the recipe changes. The paper boxes cause so much waste and seem completely unnecessary.
M	Milu Milu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has nothing to do with donuts. Kind of a poorly dryish dough covered with some fancy-looking candy to make up for the crude "taste" below. It´s sad that this business model works here in Vienna and people are willing to pay 18 € (no, not kidding) for half a dozen (and you cannot even combine them how you want). 12 for 9.99$ at dd in the US, Tim Hortons comparable...and their donuts taste amazing. I get why you picked the location close to the US embassy but seriously, no US-Citizen is coming back. Those prices will only be paid by Austrians not knowing what a donut is ;)

A	Audrey Kraymer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of room for improvement. First off, they run out--- so get there before 3pm for a good selection. This place seems very disorganized. The donuts are all over the place so you don't know what is what and the staff doesn't know either. The staff is nice but there seems to be confusion in terms of where to order and who should be helped next. Ordering takes a while since the donuts are not all labeled and you have to ask questions about what is inside. I tried several and it seems like the donuts are made to look good but not taste good. Also, some of them were not hardened yet and so leaked all over (or maybe they were supposed to be like that?) and the dough did not seem through enough. I assume they will soon get chairs and tables in the restaurant but as of now they do not . I have to say I do not recommend this place but maybe it will improve over time?
