Very friendly staff were nothing was problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ friendly owner that loves to talk about the mountains and the many tourists that go to the Schareck located above the hut. Hut isn't the cheapest but the prices are on the low side for what they are offering. Food tasted great and came in a large portion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable hut - with hot water, shower, everything absolutely clear, the terace with great view in the valley. Host (lady) is very nice and cooks really good "Knödelsuppe" :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cosy hut what you can eat some typical Austrian dishes (warm and cold). The food is tasty and the portions are more than enough. The prices of food and drinks are fair. There is a nice Terrasse with a wonderful view on the mountains.
The hut is in winter reachable by a black slope. Although it is classified as a black slope, it feels more like a steep red slope.
I definitely recommend this hut over the Eissee restaurant (at the top of the cable lift): cheaper, much better food and much nicer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hut accessible from black track number 10 (in reality not that difficult, rather narrow). They have place to eat inside and on the terrace with wonderful views. Personnel is friendly. Food is very good for prices you can expect in the mountains. Only issue is that you need cash.
