Für alle Kundenserviceanfragen bitte an die Filialen Millennium City oder Stephansplatz wenden. Hier kann man nur Verträge abschließen, wo man dann 2 Jahre an einen schlechten Service und Produkt gebunden ist. 2 Sterne weil der Mitarbeiter der erster im Konzern ist, der kompetent war. Attention, according to our own employees, this is not a "real" 3 shop. For all customer service inquiries, please contact the Millennium City or Stephansplatz branches. Here you can only conclude contracts where you are then bound to bad service and product for 2 years. 2 stars because the employee is the first in the group who was competent.
N	Natalie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht - wirklich grottenschlechte Beratung, mir wurde ein schlechtes Produkt verkauft unter falschen Versprechungen, das ich eigentlich gar nicht haben wollte. Zu Hause hat sich dann herausgestellt, was für eine schlechte Qualität mir angedreht wurde. Ich habe auf eine gute Beratung vertraut und wurde vom Verkäufer total veräppelt. Als ich die Sache klären wollte, wurde ich nur abgewiesen, dass man jetzt eh nichts mehr machen kann und ich auf dem Müll wohl sitzen bleiben werde... Rückblickend würde ich hier nie wieder hingehen, obwohl ich mit drei bisher immer sehr zufrieden war und schon ewig Kundin dort war, überlege ich wegen diesem unguten Vorfall meinen Anbieter zu wechseln. Here, unfortunately, a very bad experience - truly abysmal advice, I was sold under false promises, that I did not really have a bad product. At home has it turned out that was a bad quality palmed me. I trusted to good advice and was totally kidding by the seller. When I tried to clarify the matter, I was just dismissed that one eh now nothing can do more and I'll be stuck with the trash probably ... Looking back, I would never go here again, although I have been always very satisfied with three and for ages client was there, I wonder because of this uneasy incident to change my provider.

W	Warren Yeung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my attempts to speak in my not great German with a first employee failed, Yelena jumped in with a very cheerful “welcome to Austria!” and in perfect English, helped set me up with some temporary SIM cards, whilst explaining to me Government-mandated wait times for new cell plans and providing other sound advice as well. A true asset to the store, I’m hoping she'll be there when I go back to sign up fo regular service in a few month's time!
