U	Uwe Wegener on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Produkte sind hervorragend, bis Nov 2019 hat auch der Versand funktioniert. Seitdem eine einzige Katastrophe. Geld wird abgebucht, Ware kommt irgendwann, es gibt keine Bestätigung der Bestellung, keine Versandbestätigung und keine Rechnung. Ist mir nun 2x in Folge passiert. Jetzt läuft während der Öffnungszeiten auch noch der AB, dass man außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten anruft. Mails werden nicht beantwortet, 3 x habe ich die Situation über verschiedene Mailadressen platziert - keine Reaktion. Anfang des Jahres hat mal ein telefonischer Kontakt zu einer Mitarbeiterin im Ladengeschäft funktioniert, daraufhin wurde immerhin die Dezember-Rechnung zugeschickt. Dennoch...die Produkte sind super und ich bestelle auch weiterhin, meinen Tieren zu liebe. Das Organisations-Chaos wird sich hoffentlich irgendwann auflösen- ein Verantwortlicher muss nur mal Kenntnis erlangen. The products are excellent, the shipping worked until Nov 2019. A catastrophe ever since. Money is debited, goods arrive at some point, there is no confirmation of the order, no shipping confirmation and no invoice. Has happened to me twice in a row. Now the AB is running during opening hours, so that you can call outside of business hours. Mails are not answered, 3 times I have placed the situation via different email addresses - no reaction. At the beginning of the year, a telephone contact with an employee in the shop worked, after which the December invoice was sent. Still ... the products are great and I keep ordering to love my animals. The organizational chaos will hopefully dissolve at some point - a responsible person only has to get to know.

Ich habe eine sehr ausführliche Antwort per Mail bekommen. Und auch nachher am Telefon hat sich Lea super lang Zeit genommen und alle meine "blöden" Fragen beantwortet. Ich bin so dankbar für diesen Service und den super netten Kontakt. Fühle mich jetzt sicher was die Anfangsernährung meiner kleinen Griechin angeht. Und nach den 3 Monaten Gewöhnung, werde ich definitiv den persönlichen und Individuellen Ernährungsplan in Anspruch nehmen. Dafür zahle ich dann gerne weil man sich sicher fühlt. Auch wenn Lea noch lernt, hat sie es ganz toll gemacht. Tausend Dank für alles. First you took a really long time and answered my email, which was full of complicated nutrition questions about dogs. I received a very detailed answer by email. And afterwards on the phone, Lea took a really long time and answered all my "stupid" questions. I am so grateful for this service and the super nice contact. I now feel safe about my little Greek girl's initial diet. And after the 3 months of getting used to it, I will definitely use the personal and individual nutrition plan. I like to pay for that because you feel safe. Even if Lea is still learning, she did a great job. Thanks a million for everything. Die Abwicklung unserer bisherigen Bestellungen verlief problemlos und schnell. Sonntagabend bestellt, Dienstag war das Paket auch schon da. Wir sind wirklich überaus zufrieden!!! Absolutely enthusiastic about the selection in the online shop and the great service - our emails were answered immediately. The processing of our previous orders was quick and easy. Wir kaufen dort so ziemlich alles für unsere Fellnasen ein und wurden bislang noch nie enttäuscht. Der kleine, aber feine Laden bietet eine gute Auswahl an Produkten für so einige Tierarten und zumindest für den Bereich Hund sind wir optimal versorgt. Egal ob Futter, Leckerli, Nährungsergänzung oder auch alterntive Produkte zur klassischen Tiermedizin sind erhältlich. Als kleines, hervorragend funktionierendes Präparat möchte ich den Zeckenschreck kurz erwähnen. Nachdem wir sehr viel in der Natur sind und diese Plagegeister nur zu gut kennen, können wir mit gutem Gewissen bestätigen das es wirklich hilft. War vor Beginn ja auch skeptisch, nur nach drei erfolgreichen Jahren möchten wir es nicht mehr missen und das ohne Chemie !!! Auch für die Barffreunde gibt es eine schöne Auswahl. Liegt ein klein wenig außerhalb, aber ist gut zu erreichen und es gibt ja auch einen Online Shop der schnell und zuverlässig liefert. Also einfach mal vorbeischauen, es lohnt sich. This is exactly how you imagine a regional offer and after many years as regular customers, we and all our friends can only report the best. We buy pretty much everything for our furry friends there and have never been disappointed. The small but nice shop offers a good selection of products for some animal species and at least for the dog sector we are optimally taken care of. Whether food, treats, nutritional supplements or alternative products to classic veterinary medicine are available. I would like to briefly mention the tick fright as a small, excellently functioning preparation. After being in nature a lot and knowing these pests only too well, we can confirm with a clear conscience that it really helps. Was skeptical before the beginning, only after three successful years we don't want to miss it anymore and that without chemistry !!! There is also a nice selection for bar friends. Is a little bit out of the way, but is easy to reach and there is also an online shop that delivers quickly and reliably. So just stop by, it's worth it.

Kaufe Spezialfutter für meinen Hund nur noch hier. Futterqualität ist top! Das einzige was mein empfindlicher Hund verträgt! Insanely nice advice that takes a lot of time. Let me in, even though it was closed for 1 hour. Only buy special food for my dog here. Feed quality is top! The only thing my sensitive dog can take!

Unsere Suche geht mittlerweile fast 19 Jahre und seit einigen Jahren barfen wir. Was aber in manchen Situationen nicht so einfach ist. Aufgrund der vielen Unverträglichkeiten von unserem 4Beiner hab ich sehr viel probiert. Hier sind wir fündig geworden. Barf Zubehör sowie auch das Futter aus der "Dose" (wenn es mal schnell gehen muß) verträgt er super! Der Laden ist wirklich liebevoll gestaltet und mit nettem und kudigem Personal. Which is not so easy in some situations. Because of the many incompatibilities of our 4Beiner I tried a lot. Here we have found something. Der Urlaub ist um und jetzt kann ich das Barf nichtmehr annehmen da ich arbeite . Schwierig, das tiefgekühlte Paket kann nicht zwischengelagert werden auf der Post. Heute habe ich eine Mail bekommen es wurde los geschickt 1 Woche nach Bestellung. Die Rezessionen für eine schnelle Lieferung waren gut. Hatte mich darauf verlassen. Meine Bestellung von einem anderen Anbieter die ich 3 Tage später getätigt habe kam am Samstag. Schade.Im Voraus bezahlt habe ich auch. Damit die schnelle Lieferung gewährleistet ist dachte ich. Über die Qualität kann ich noch nichts sagen, da ich ja noch Nichts bekommen habe. I ordered on Monday and it hasn't arrived the following Monday. Ordered on the first day of my vacation. The holiday is over and now I can no longer accept the BARF because I am working. Difficult, the frozen package cannot be temporarily stored at the post office. Today I got an email it was sent 1 week after ordering. The recessions for fast delivery have been good. I relied on it. My order from another supplier, which I placed 3 days later, arrived on Saturday. Too bad. I paid in advance too. So that the fast delivery is guaranteed I thought. I can't comment on the quality yet as I haven't received anything yet.
