Umgangston in der Administration war teils befremdlich. Long waiting time despite the appointment. There was only one representative. I left again without any information. Dealing tone in the administration was strange at times.

Kann ich nur empfehlen! The ladies at the reception were very friendly, just as friendly and competent Dr. Wireless. Arrived on time for the appointment no waiting time just great. I can only recommend!

Die Ärztin wirkt kompetent und hat sich mit meinen Beschwerden ausführlich beschäftigt, nach möglichen Ursachen gesucht, und mir teilweise Hintergründe erklärt. Habe keineswegs das Gefühl gehabt, dass hier nicht auf den Patienten eingegangen wird. Sie ist freundlich, emathisch, hat Humor und sagt aber auch ehrlich und direkt was los ist. Der Empfang ist ebenfalls sehr bemüht, auch wenn hier manchmal ein sehr direkter Ton herrscht(allerdings mehr zwischen den Assistenten, als dem Patienten gegenüber). Es wird aber trotz möglicher Schwierigkeiten bei Formalitäten bei jedem Patienen eine Lösung gesucht. Wartezeiten hatte ich bei meinen 3 Terminen nie wirklich(vielleicht 10-15min). Und die Betreuung finde ich für einen Kassenarzt sehr sehr gut. I cannot share the negative recessions regarding the doctor and reception. The doctor seems competent and has dealt extensively with my complaints, looked for possible causes, and partly explained the background to me. I by no means had the feeling that the patient is not being addressed here. She is friendly, empathic, has a sense of humor and also says honestly and directly what's going on. The receptionist also tries very hard, even if the tone is sometimes very direct (but more between the assistants than towards the patient). However, despite possible difficulties with formalities, a solution is sought for each patient. I never really had waiting times for my 3 appointments (maybe 10-15 minutes). And I think the care for a statutory health insurance doctor is very, very good.

Eine Ärztin die im Interesse des Patienten agiert und sich Zeit nimmt. Very friendly assistants and extremely competent doctor. Thorough examination and goal-oriented diagnosis. A doctor who acts in the interest of the patient and takes her time.
