S	Stella Elhout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich werde mit Sicherheit diesen Arzt nicht mehr aufsuchen! Vom Empfang der Ordinationsassistentin bis zum Schluss ein Disaster. Am Telefon hebt die Ordinationsassistentin ab und schreit die Patientin an dass es keine Termine im nächsten Monat gibt und dass sie keine weitere Auskunft über das Telefon geben möchte. Als sie mich dann für die Aufnahme drangenommen hat schreit sie mich schon nach kurzer Zeit an, dass sie nicht fähig ist gleichzeitig meine Fragen zu beantworten und am Computer Sachen zu erledigen. Daraufhin warte ich im Warteraum . Eine andere Ordinationsassistentin sagt mit ich kann schon in die Kabine gehen mich umziehen. Der Arzt hat auf alle meine Fragen mit "das kann ich Ihnen nicht beantworten" geantwortet. Ich denke als nahezu abgeschlossene Zahnmedizinerin kann ich behaupten, dass die Fragen nicht all zu schwer waren und zumindest verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Ursache meiner gynäkologischen Problematik angeführt werden konnte. Als ich den Namen meines vorherigen Gynäkologen nannte und sagte , dass ich vor zwei Jahren das letzte mal bei ihm war wurde mir die Unwahrheit vorgeworfen weil der Arzt bereits seit 3 Jahren in Pension war ( ich könnte mich natürlich nicht genau erinnern ob es zwei oder drei Jahre her war) . Das war mit Sicherheit der furchtbarste Arztbesuch den ich gehabt hatte. Ich kann nur jedem nahe legen diesen Arzt nicht aufzusuchen.liebe Grüsse I will definitely not see this doctor anymore! The ordination assistant picks up the phone and shouts at the patient that there are no appointments next month and that she does not want to provide any further information over the phone. When she then hired me for the recording, she screamed at me after a short time that she was not able to answer my questions and do things on the computer at the same time. I then wait in the waiting room. Another ordination assistant says I can go to the cabin and change. The doctor answered all my questions with "I can't answer that". I think as an almost complete dentist I can say that the questions were not too difficult and that at least various options for the cause of my gynecological problems could be cited. When I mentioned the name of my previous gynecologist and said that the last time I was with him two years ago, I was accused of being untrue because the doctor had been retired for 3 years (of course I couldn't remember exactly whether there were two or three Years ago). It was definitely the most terrible visit to the doctor I had ever had. I can only advise everyone not to see this doctor. Greetings

Sie waren immer freundlich, haben einen super lustigen Schmäh drauf u man wartet auch nicht ewig, wie bei manch anderen Ärzten. Herr Dr. Eppel ist ehrlich u beschönigt nichts u genau so möchte ich das auch, ich will ja nicht von einem Arzt angelogen werden. Die Assistentin am Empfang war immer sehr nett u freundlich zu mir u Frau Eppel ist sowieso mega sympatisch u freundlich! Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen dort hinzugehen u sich selbst ein Bild zu machen, bevor man den Grusel-Rezensionen hier blind vertraut! I think the ordination with all employees is great! They were always friendly, had a super funny scorn on them and you didn't wait forever, as with some other doctors. Dr. Eppel is honest and does not gloss over anything and that's exactly what I want, I don't want to be lied to by a doctor. The assistant at the reception was always very nice and friendly to me and Mrs. Eppel is mega sympathetic and friendly anyway! I can only recommend everyone to go there and make up their own minds before blindly trusting the scary reviews here!

Immer freundlich bemüht geht auf die Patienten ein und das erwarte ich von einem Arzt und das wird hier erfüllt.Sehr nette Damen an der Rezeption auch sehr freundlich.Die Wartezeit ist völlig in Ordnung habe noch nie lange gewartet.Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.Bin sehr zufrieden und das war ich bei Dr.Heytmanek nicht!!! Excellent doctor 1A?Top! Patients are always friendly and I expect that from a doctor and that will be fulfilled here. Very nice ladies at the reception also very friendly. The waiting time is completely okay. I have never waited long. I can only recommend it satisfied and I was not at Dr. Heytmanek !!!

Cuando se necesita una cita de urgencia se la dan el mismo día. Además, hablan español, que era importante para mí. A veces hay que esperar un poco pero es habitual en Austria (Viena). Highly recommended. I am always happy after each visit and also the staff and the doctor are very friendly. When an urgent appointment is needed, they are given the same day. Also, they speak Spanish, which was important to me. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but it is usual in Austria (Vienna).

Erklärt alles was man wissen möchte und nimmt sich immer Zeit für seine Patienten. Also von mir aus gesehen. Ich würde Ihn jedem weiter empfehlen. Und ich bleib aufjedenfall dort. Seine Frau ist auch eine sehr liebe und arbeitet auch dort. Also Daumen hoch! Danke für alles! LG an das Personal von Herrn Dr Wolfgang eppel I've been going to him for years. And for me he's the best. He is very nice. Explains everything you want to know and always takes time for his patients. So from my point of view. I would recommend him to everyone. L	LittleLea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von der Terminvergabe bis zur Untersuchung war alles top! Die Dame am Telefon war super freundlich und Herr Dr. Eppel hat sich genügend Zeit für mich genommen. Es war mein erster Besuch bei einem Frauenarzt nach über 10 Jahren. Ich hatte davor etwas Angst, da meine letzte Frauenärztin etwas grob war und ich mir wie am Fließband vorgekommen bin. Dr. Eppel hat jeden Schritt erklärt und war sehr sanft. Vom Abstrich habe ich wie damals bei der anderen Frauenärztin gar nicht gespürt. Bei der Ultraschalluntersuchung hat er mir alles gezeig was man sieht. Ich habe mich die ganze Zeit wohl gefühlt. Dass seine Assistentin mit im Raum war, habe ich bei der Untersuchung nicht wahr genommenen und es hat mich nicht gestört. Sie war ebenfalls super lieb. Die Ausrüstung ist sehr modern meiner Meinung nach. Ich werde definitiv bei ihm bleiben. Er hat mir die Angst genommen und ist auf alle Fragen eingegangen. Für mich ein top Frauenarzt From the appointment to the examination, everything was great! The lady on the phone was super friendly and Dr. Eppel took enough time for me. It was my first visit to a gynecologist in over 10 years. I was a bit scared of it because my last gynecologist was a bit rough and I felt like I was on the assembly line. Dr. Eppel explained every step and was very gentle. As with the other gynecologist, I didn't even notice the smear. During the ultrasound examination he showed me everything you can see. I felt good the whole time. During the examination, I didn't notice that his assistant was in the room and it didn't bother me. She was also super nice. The equipment is very modern in my opinion. I will definitely stay with him. He took my fear away and answered all questions. For me a top gynecologist
S	Stephanie Erhema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Eppel ist ein sehr guter Arzt und weiß immer was mit einem los ist, Meine Mutter selber war auch schon dort wo sie mit mir schwanger war. Er war immer fürsorglich zu uns und wenn wir Probleme haben können wir mit ihm reden. So einen guten Arzt findet man glaub ich fast so gut wie nirgends☺️ Dr Eppel is a very good doctor and always knows what's going on with you. My mother herself has also been there where she was pregnant with me. He was always caring for us and if we have problems we can talk to him. I don't think you can find such a good doctor anywhere else☺️
