Y	Yara Weiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die Arzthelferin die in dieser Praxis arbeitet als eine nicht patientenorientierte, unhöfliche, entnervt Person erlebt die Menschen übers Telefon anbrüllt. Ich vermute, dass die Überfordern an einem Personalmangel liegt. Außerdem kam vor mir ein junger Mann drann der wegen SCHMERZEN in seiner Schulter zur Ärztin musste. Die Sekretärin meinte "sie können erst im Januar wieder kommen, sie dürfen nur zu einem Arzt im Quartal." Der Mann hat nicht sehr gut Deutsch gesprochen, und ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass, sie sich auch nur ansatzweise bemüht hat klare Aussagen zu machen oder langsam zu sprechen, damit er sie verstehen kann. Dass er mehrmals gesagt hat, dass die Ärztin in dieser Praxis die einzige ist, die seine Krankengeschichte kennt, war ihr scheinbar auch vollkommen egal. Ich denke nicht, dass diese Person verstanden hat, dass Arzt/Ärztin ein sozialer Beruf ist und fände es schön, wenn sie ihren Unmut nicht an anderen Menschen auslassen würde. I have seen the nurse who works in this practice as a non-patient-oriented, rude, exasperated person who yells at people over the phone. I suspect that the overstrain is due to a lack of staff. In addition, a young man came before me who had to see a doctor because of PAIN in his shoulder. The secretary said "You can only come back in January, you are only allowed to see a doctor every quarter." The man didn't speak German very well, and I didn't get the feeling that she even made an effort to make clear statements or to speak slowly so that he could understand her. The fact that he said several times that the doctor in this practice is the only one who knows his medical history apparently didn't matter to her either. I don't think that this person has understood that being a doctor is a social profession and it would be nice if they didn't take their displeasure out on other people.

Ich wurde sehr genau und ausführlich beraten und habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Gerne wieder Great team! Very patient and friendly handling even when there is a lot going on. Ok, ich bin nicht bloß verkühlt ;-) Aber dennoch - unglaublich! Soviel zum Einsatz. Aber außerdem: Äußerst kompetent Sehr empathisch Gute Kontakte zu KollegInnen Perfekt organisiert Uneigennützig Nimmt sich Zeit Die Ordination ist 10 Minuten von mir entfernt. Aber wäre sie in einem anderen Bundesland, würde ich auch hinfahren, ohne zu zögern. Tony Grinberg Even outside of the ordination times, Dr. Jana Wassermann was ALWAYS available for me and my needs. Ok, I'm not just a cold ;-) But still - unbelievable! So much for use. But also: Extremely competent Very empathetic Good contacts with colleagues Perfectly organized altruistic takes his time The ordination is 10 minutes away from me. Es geht ihr wirklich um den ganzen Menschen, nicht nur ein Symptom. Wenn ich wieder etwas brauche, gehe ich bestimmt wieder zu ihr! Great doctor! I felt right at home, she takes care and is really accurate. You feel perceived as a person. It is really about the whole person, not just a symptom. If I need something again, I'll definitely go to her again!
