Sehr freundlich, kompetent und verständnisvoll. Kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen. I was in Vienna on business, by chance I came across Dr. Bernhardt via the Internet. Rodler encountered and was really positively surprised! Very friendly, competent and understanding. Can I highly recommend.

Yes that's true. Dr. Rodler is by far the best, because his patients interest him and he takes care of them. His assistants are also great.

Fängt aber schon beim hyperfreundlichen Ordinationsteam am Empfang an. Auch beim größten Andrang oder mit grantigen Patienten behalten sie Ruhe, sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Doctors who cater to patients are rare. Dr. Tobogganing is one of them. You just feel comfortable and understood. But it starts with the hyper-friendly ordination team at reception. Even with the greatest rush or with grumpy patients, they keep calm, are friendly and helpful.

Während des Lockdowns ist es klar das man soviel entlasten will wie möglich und nur zum Arzt geht wenn man keine alternativen hat. Great doctor and also great understanding of the stress during the lockdown and the good work of the team in these stressful times. During the lockdown it is clear that you want to relieve as much as possible and only go to the doctor if you have no alternative.

B	Bibie laBibs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Team und sehr netter und vor allem sympathischer Arzt. Er nimmt sich Zeit und hört einem genau zu. Ich fühle mich dort seit Jahren sehr gut aufgehoben. Auch dass man Kurztermine (bei Krankmeldungen) online buchen kann finde ich eine tolle Idee. Denn wenn man akut krank ist (fieber, Gliederschmerzen etc.) will man nicht lange warten bis man dran ist. Für diese Situation gibt es 5 Minuten Termine, man kommt gleich dran und kann binnen kürzester Zeit wieder heim ins Bett. Great team and a very nice and above all personable doctor. He takes his time and listens carefully. I have felt very well cared for there for years. I also think it's a great idea that you can book short appointments (for sick leave) online. Because if you are acutely ill (fever, body aches, etc.) you don't want to wait long until it's your turn. For this situation there are 5 minute appointments, you get to it right away and can go back to bed in no time.

Die Wartezeiten hängen von den Fällen an aber sind immer so kurz wie möglich gehalten. Man bekommt Diagnose und dazu auch Lösungen, die nicht auf pauschalen Annahmen füßen, sondern auf dem spezifischen Zustand des Patienten. Jedes Team Mitglied was, wann und wie zu tun ist. Ich freue mich immer wenn ich da bin, da ich weiß, dass ich richtig behandelt werde. dr Rodler and his team are extremely sensitive, competent and efficient. The waiting times depend on the cases but are always kept as short as possible. You get a diagnosis and also solutions that are not based on general assumptions, but on the specific condition of the patient. Each team member what, when and how to do. I'm always happy when I'm there because I know I'm being treated right.
