L	Lia S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist Jahre her, dass ich in der Gegend wohnte und bei ihm war- er blieb mir aber seitdem in guter Erinnerung, da er zb bei heftigen Halsschmerzen nicht einfach auf gut Glück Antibiotika verschrieb sondern einen Test auf EBV machte- und Recht damit hatte, es war heftig und endete mit einem Arzneimittelexanthem.... aber EBV ist viral und Antibiotika wären umsonst gewesen,damals war der Arzt fachlich eine echte positive Offenbarung! It has been years since I lived in the area and stayed with him, but he has remained in good memory since he did not simply prescribe antibiotics for severe sore throats but took a test on EBV - and was right, it was violent and ended with a drug eruption .... but EBV is viral and antibiotics would have been in vain, then the doctor was technically a real positive revelation!

Aber die Sprechstunden Hilfe ist ein zu Unrecht hochnäsig arrogantes weibsstück das man besser woanders arbeiten lassen sollte. Zu mal die Werte Dame kompletten Schwachsinn an fehlinformationen verbreitet hat in einer Tonlage in der ich normal das Gespräch beende. The doctor himself is fine. But the office hours help is an unfairly snooty arrogant bitch that you better have to work elsewhere. For once the values lady spread complete nonsense of misinformation in a pitch in which I normally end the conversation.

Den Arzt konnte ich nicht mal sehen, aber will ich auch nicht mehr, da die Frau an der Aufnahme so unfreundlich war und das Wort Lächeln für sie ziemlich ein Fremdwort ist. The first time I come to the doctor with a 38.7 fever and am not admitted. I couldn't even see the doctor, but I don't want to either because the woman at the reception was so unfriendly and the word smile is a foreign word for her.

Was mir nicht so gefällt ist dass man seit neuestem einen Termin braucht um etwas zu bekommen manchmal glaube ich ich bin im Hospital aber da kann mein eigener Arzt nichts dafür aber ich finde es traurig dass man jetzt seit der Pandemie nur per Termin kommen kann ich hoffe das ändert sich wieder Ich würde mir wirklich wünschen dass die Sekretärin hier nicht mit der Frage kommt ob ich einen Termin habe weil es ist erstens nicht rechtens und zweitens bin ich schon seit fast 12 Jahren glücklicher Patient und dass ich gegangen bin hat mir gezeigt dass ich nicht glücklich war dass man so mit mir umgeht mir hat die Vorgängerin eigentlich besser gefallen weil da habe ich wenigstens noch etwas von Nettigkeit gehabt
D	Don Milano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geht's nicht dort hin falls ihr für die Fahrschule ein Ärztliches Attest braucht. Die Dame am am Empfang ist extrem unhöflich und der Arzt ist einfach inkompetent. Schade das mein keine 0 Sterne geben kann. Don't go there if you need a medical certificate for the driving school. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and the doctor is simply incompetent. It's a shame that my can not give 0 stars.

B	Bina S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Wochenende bekam ich eine starke Verkühlung, ging am Montag zu Dr. Jäger in die Ordination. Die Dame am Schalter fragte mich ob ich einen Termin habe, meinte ich nein, da ich die Verkühlung am Wochenende bekam, logischerweise! Sie meinte das man trotzdem einen Termin ausmachen muss und das es seit Jahren so sei. Darauf war meine Antwort das es auf der Homepage nicht vermerkt ist. Das ganze lief auf einer sehr strengen und frechen Art und Weise. Als sie mir die E-Card zurückgab, sagte sie " Bitteschön", ich nahm kommentarlos die E-Card und setzte mich hin. Sie lief zu mir und schrie mich an das man sich bedankt oder auch gerne die Ordination verlassen kann. Alle Patienten die nach mir kamen (OHNE TERMIN), wurden vor mir aufgerufen.. Als ich dann letztendlich beim Arzt im Behandlungszimmer war, fragte er mich wie ich eigentlich mit präpotenten Patienten umgehe (Weil ich auch als Ordinationsassistentin arbeite). Meine Antwort war "Naja wie man in den Wald hinein ruft, so kommt es wieder heraus!" NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT! At the weekend I got a bad cold, went to Dr. Hunter into the ordination. The lady at the counter asked me if I had an appointment, I said no, since I got the cold on the weekend, of course! She said that you still have to make an appointment and that it has been that way for years. My answer was that it is not noted on the homepage. The whole thing went in a very strict and cheeky way. When she returned the e-card to me, she said "There you go", I took the e-card without comment and sat down. She ran to me and yelled at me that you could say thank you or would like to leave the ordination. All patients who came after me (WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT) were called before me. When I was finally in the doctor's office, he asked me how I actually deal with prepotent patients (because I also work as an ordination assistant). My answer was "Well, as you call into the forest, it comes out again!" NOT RECOMMENDED!
A	Andy H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war letzten Donnerstag zum ersten Mal bei Dr. Christian Jäger, war aber direkt auf Anhieb überrascht von so einem freundlichen Arzt. Er nimmt sich Zeit und hört dir genau zu welche Probleme du hast. Besonders die Dame beim Empfang war äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich in der Praxis wohl und gut behandelt. Werde weiterhin hierher kommen :-) I went to see Dr. Christian Jäger, was immediately surprised by such a friendly doctor. He takes his time and listens to you exactly what problems you have. Especially the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. You feel comfortable and well treated in the practice. Will keep coming here :-)
