 After a month waiting for the appointment I was taken off after three quarters of an hour and dispatched in three minutes.

The purest zero number by phone ... after long rings, the answering machine answers and tells the opening hours. Probably closed for wealth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Wenn endlich mal Leitung frei, wird abgedrückt, oder zum Fax hingeleitet. Anscheinend ist die Dame beim Schalter hilflos überfordert. Traurig.
Not reachable by phone. When finally free line, is pressed, or led to the fax. Apparently the lady is helplessly overwhelmed at the counter. Sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie soll man einen Termin ausmachen wenn man ständig weg gedrückt wird oder ans Faxgerät weitergeleitet wird ! Ich versteh nicht das dieses von Herrn Dr. RABL geduldet wird! Oder wie wäre es mit einem Tonband?
How should you make an appointment if you are constantly being pushed away or forwarded to the fax machine! I do not understand this from Dr. RABL is tolerated! Or how about a tape?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 22 Mal anrufen, die Hälfte davon weggedrückt, die andere Hälfte in der Meldung "Der Anrufer kann Ihren Anruf leider nicht entgegennehmen" gelandet. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit und sollte eigentlich bei der Ärztekammer gemeldet werden.
Call 22 times, half of it pushed away, the other half ended up in the message "Sorry, the caller cannot take your call". This is an absolute cheek and should actually be reported to the medical association.
