T	Tamara Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin hingefahren weil sie einen guten Ruf hatte, ich frage mich wie der zustande kam! Trotz Termin 1 1/2 Std Wartezeit! Und dann gefühlte 5 min. im Gespräch mit der Frau Dr.!Gespräch findet so statt: Türe bleibt nur angelehnt offen, kein Gruß, kein Handschlag, und mit dem Rücken zum Patienten findet das 5min. Gespräch statt! Schade! Hauptsache man hat die e-card gesteckt, Massenabfertigung! I went because it had a good reputation, I wonder how it came about! Despite the appointment, waiting time of 1 1/2 hours! And then what felt like 5 minutes in conversation with the Dr.! The conversation takes place like this: the door is only left ajar, no greeting, no handshake, and with the back to the patient, it takes 5 minutes. Conversation instead! Pity! The main thing is that you have inserted the e-card, mass processing!

Als älterer Mensch, der oft übersiedelt ist und viele Ärzte/innen kennen darf/muss: Also von mir gibt es völlig ehrlich 5 Sterne! Waited about 10 minutes. All nice, accommodating. As an elderly person who has often moved and is allowed / must know many doctors: I honestly give it 5 stars!

Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit in der sehr viele Personen vorgezogen wurden bin ich gegangen. Es ist wenn man sich die Bewertungen ansieht anscheinend die Regel das Termine nicht eingehalten werden. Despite appointment and phone, confirmation that I am at 8:00 am immediately as the first drann have already been present at 7.55 more than 8 people. After an hour of waiting in which many people were brought forward, I left. It is when you look at the reviews apparently the rule that dates are not met.

Für einen Kassen-Hautarzt jedoch im Ganzen voll in Ordnung! Great advice, nice staff, actually deserves 4 stars. I had to wait about 80 minutes, so 3 stars. For a health insurance dermatologist, however, on the whole it is perfectly fine!
C	Christina D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Termin wartete ich eine satte Stunde, damit ich dann innerhalb von 5 Minuten gesagt bekomme was ich für ein Problem haben könnte - ein lateinisches Fachwort, auf Nachfragen was das denn jetzt hieße bekam ich nur nochmal die gleiche Antwort. Eine bekannte Ärztin konnte mir meine Diagnose dann zuhause wenigstens übersetzen. Dass in meiner Familie bereits einige Hautkrankheiten kursieren wurde gar nicht berücksichtigt oder näher darauf eingegangen. Ich bekam schlussendlich eine Cortisonsalbe verschrieben, aber keine sonstigen Tipps - als ich bei der Apotheke nachgefragt habe was man da denn machen könnte haben die mir super freundlich eine Feuchtigkeitscreme gegeben und waren entsetzt über die sofortige Cortisonverschreibung. Ich fühlte mich nicht gut aufgehoben und nicht ernst genommen. Werde mir definitiv jemand anderen suchen. Sprechstundenhilfe ist übrigens sehr unfreundlich und posaunt vor allen Patienten deine Daten rum (Telefonnummer, Wohnort etc.). Ich mag kein Datenschützer sein aber das ist definitiv nicht ok. Despite the appointment, I waited a full hour so that I would be told within 5 minutes what kind of problem I might have - a Latin technical term, when I asked what that meant now, I only got the same answer again. A well-known doctor could at least translate my diagnosis for me at home. The fact that there are already some skin diseases in my family was not taken into account or discussed in more detail. In the end I was prescribed a cortisone ointment, but no other tips - when I asked the pharmacy what to do, they were super friendly and gave me a moisturizer and were horrified by the immediate cortisone prescription. I didn't feel that I was in good hands and that I wasn't taken seriously. Will definitely look for someone else. Incidentally, office hours help is very unfriendly and trumpets your data in front of all patients (telephone number, place of residence, etc.). I don't like being a privacy advocate, but that's definitely not ok.
B	Bernhard Holzweber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gerade in diesem Moment in der Praxis. Wurde sehr gut beraten und behandelt. Kann diese Negativen Kritiken auf keinen Fall nachvollziehen. Und wegen der Wartezeit - wenn ich zu einem Arzt gehe dann Rechne ich auch damit dass ich warten muss, selbst bei einem Wahlarzt hatte ich schon Wartezeiten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen ein zufriedener Patient Was in practice right now. Was very well advised and treated. Can not understand these negative reviews. And because of the waiting time - when I go to a doctor, I also expect to have to wait, even with an elective doctor, I have had to wait. Sincerely, a satisfied patient

Darüber sollte sich jeder Gedanken machen, der dies negativ beurteilt.Es gibt jeden Tag Akutfälle und leider auch welche die gar nicht "akut" sind und so wirklichen Fällen die Plätze weg schnappen oder eben längere Wartezeiten verursachen....Es gibt leider immer weniger Kassenärzte und deshalb sind diese auch überfüllt! Wer keine Lust zu warten hat, kann ja zu einem Wahlarzt gehen;-) Das möchten aber auch die wenigsten. Fr. Dr. Halmdienst hat mich mit meiner perioralen Dermatitis sofort dran genommen und für nicht so dringende Termine ist es klar das man warten muss;-) und ich plane auch im Wartezimmer genug Zeit ein oder fahre in der Zwischenzeit einkaufen;-) Das ganze Team ist immer freundlich und geduldig und ich bin seit Jahren Patientin und auch meine Kinder! Why are there long waiting times? Anyone who judges this negatively should think about this. There are acute cases every day and unfortunately also which are not "acute" at all and so real cases take the place or cause longer waiting times .... Unfortunately, there are fewer and fewer Statutory health insurance physicians and that's why they are overcrowded! If you don't feel like waiting, you can go to a doctor of your choice ;-) But very few people want that either. Dr. Halmdienst immediately dealt with my perioral dermatitis and for not so urgent appointments it is clear that you have to wait ;-) and I plan enough time in the waiting room or go shopping in the meantime ;-) The whole team is always friendly and patient and I've been a patient for years, and so have my children!

Auch wir mussten lange warten und als wir endlich an der Reihe waren, konnte sie mir nicht einmal sagen, was mein Sohn hat und verschrieb einfach irgendeine Creme, die Null half. Bin dann zu einem Wahlhautarzt gegangen, der sich Zeit nahm und auch sagen konnte, was mein Sohn hat und das richtige verschrieb. Ich kann diese Ärztin überhaupt nicht empfehlen und ich schreib auch sonst keine Rezensionen, aber das muss gesagt werden. I went to see this doctor with my son a few years ago. We also had to wait a long time and when it was finally our turn, she couldn't even tell me what my son had and just prescribed some kind of cream that helped zero. Then I went to a skin doctor of choice, who took his time and was also able to say what my son had and who prescribed the right one. I can't recommend this doctor at all and I don't write any other reviews, but that has to be said.
