J	Jörg Weis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde ja gerne zu Hrn. Dr. Schmid gehen, leider ist ab dem Öffnen der Ordination wie bei vielen anderen Ärtzen auch ein Durchkommen telefonisch nicht möglich. Anscheinend ist es ausschließlich den Wahlärzten vorbehalten den Kunden die Möglichkeit sich online einen Termin auszumachen anzubieten. Schade aber ich glaube nach 1,5 Tagen vergeblichem Kontaktversuch werde ich mir einen anderen Arzt suchen. I would like to go to Dr. Schmid go, unfortunately after opening the ordination, as with many other doctors, it is not possible to get through by phone. Apparently, it is exclusively reserved for elective doctors to offer customers the opportunity to make an appointment online. It's a shame, but I think after 1.5 days of unsuccessful contact I will look for another doctor.
K	Krypto Usr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann die Probleme der anderen nicht nachvollziehen, war jetzt über 3 Jahre lang monatlich beim Arzt und wurde immer bestens behandelt, auch die Assistentinnen waren so nett, dass ich mittlerweile mit diesen über Gott und die Welt reden kann. Ab und zu habe ich die Praxis telefonisch ebenfalls nicht erreicht, jedoch hat nie jemand abgehoben. Wundert mich auch nicht, da wenn ich in der Praxis bin, im Sekundentakt jemand anruft und somit die Leitung sehr oft besetzt ist...... Can not understand the problems of others, was now over 3 years a month to the doctor and was always treated well, the assistants were so nice that I can now talk to them about God and the world. From time to time I have not reached the practice by phone, but no one has ever picked up. I'm not surprised, because when I'm in the practice, someone calls every second and thus the line is very often occupied ......

Am Telefon wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich leider erst in ca 3 Wochen einen Termin haben kann, aber dass man mich anruft, falls früher etwas frei wird. Genauso war es dann und ich bekam 4 Tage später einen Termin, weil wohl jemand anderer ausgefallen ist. Ich war positiv überrascht, dass ich tatsächlich zurück gerufen wurde. War mit meiner 3jährigen Tochter dort. Waren alle Damen und Arzt total nett und es gab sogar Gummibären für meine Maus, obwohl sie nur als meine Begleitung mit war. Außerdem waren die Wartezeiten echt kurz... Very nice and sympathetic doctor! The assistants were always polite and nice to me. On the phone I was told that unfortunately I can only have an appointment in about 3 weeks, but that you call me, if something is free sooner. That's exactly how it was and I got an appointment 4 days later, because someone else has failed. I was positively surprised that I was actually called back. Was there with my 3 year old daughter. All ladies and doctor were totally nice and there were even gummy bears for my mouse, even though she was only with me as my companion. In addition, the waiting times were really short ...
T	TheGeekDiary ́s Reviews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein toller Arzt, Sehr einfühlsam und genau trotz der unguten Untersuchungen beim HNO ein super Gefühl gehabt. Tolle mittel bekommen und direkt eine Überweisung. Hab den Termin am selben Tag bekommen und auch die Wartezeit ist in diesen Zeiten noch auszuhalten. Akkufälle werden vorgelassen weshalb ich gerne gewartet habe. Von mir 100Punkte. Die Kolleginnen sind auch absolut freundlich, umgänglich und kompetent. Absolute Empfehlung. M. A great doctor, very empathetic and had a great feeling despite the bad examinations at the ENT. Get great funds and a direct transfer. Got the appointment on the same day and the waiting time is still bearable at these times. Battery cases are allowed, which is why I was happy to wait. 100 points from me. The colleagues are also absolutely friendly, approachable and competent. Absolute recommendation. M.
P	PlayLikeMike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich eine gute Praxis: Dr. Schmid ist ein verantwortungsvoller Arzt, der stets gut gelaunt & immer mit einem lockeren Spruch auf den Lippen hat. Des Weiteren ist die fachliche Kompetenz von Dr. Schmid ohne jede Zweifel vorhanden & gegeben! Dem ganzen stehen aber 2 Negativpunkte gegenüber: Die unfassbar lange Wartezeit in der Klinik (teils bis zu 2 Stunden) & die schiere Unmöglichkeit diese zu erreichen. Man muss manchmal gefühlt 1000 Tode sterben, bis man endlich durchkommt! Nichtsdestotrotz: Wenn ich einen HNO benötige & die Wahl habe, dann würde ich mich trotzdem immer für Dr. Schmid entscheiden. Einfach deshalb, weil man dort wirklich gut behandelt wird & Hr. Dr. Schmid sich für einen Zeit nimmt. Basically a good practice: Dr. Schmid is a responsible doctor who is always in a good mood and always with a casual saying on his lips. Furthermore, the professional competence of Dr. Schmid is present & given without any doubt! But there are 2 negative points on the whole: The incredibly long waiting time in the clinic (sometimes up to 2 hours) & the sheer impossibility to reach it. Sometimes it feels like you have to die 1000 deaths before you finally get through! Nonetheless, if I need an ENT & have the choice, then I would still go for Dr. Schmid decide. Simply because you are treated really well there & Mr. Dr. Schmid takes himself for a while.
G	Günter Ehrenreich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Termin wartet man 1 Stunde. Andere (Bekannte, Geld?) kommen früher dran, obwohl später gekommen. Wenn man sich beschwert, bekommt man eine patzige Antwort. Nicht empfehlenswert. Even with an appointment you wait 1 hour. Others (acquaintances, money?) come earlier, although they came later. If you complain, you get a snotty answer. Not recommended.

Vor 2 Tagen war ich zum ersten Mal in seiner Ordination, weil ich Probleme mit den Ohren hatte und wurde erstklassig behandelt! Er nahm sich Zeit, erklärte alles ganz genau und sehr eindrücklich - ich wusste über alles Bescheid und musste mich auch nicht in der Apotheke zusätzlich aufklären lassen (was leider oft der Fall ist). Einen Hörtest gab es im Anschluss auch noch, damit auch ja jedes Krankheitsbild ausgeschlossen wird. Ich musste etwas warten, wurde aber auch außerterminlich eingeschoben. Dass die telefonische Erreichbarkeit sehr sehr schwierig ist, muss ich leider bestätigen, da muss man beharrlich bleiben. Meine Begeisterung von Herrn Dr. Schmid und seinen Ordinationsgehilfen schmälert das allerdings nicht. I am so excited about dr. Schmid! 2 days ago I was in his practice for the first time because I had problems with my ears and was treated first class! He took his time, explained everything very precisely and very impressively - I knew everything and didn't have to go to the pharmacy for additional explanations (which unfortunately is often the case). There was also a hearing test afterwards, so that every clinical picture was ruled out. I had to wait a bit, but was pushed in without an appointment. Unfortunately, I have to confirm that it is very difficult to be reached by telephone, you have to be persistent. My enthusiasm for Dr. However, this does not detract from Schmid and his assistants.
D	D Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr netter und sympathischer Arzt und als solcher sicher zu empfehlen. Aber das man vereinbarte Termine selbst am 3. Tag, nachdem man die Praxis spontan schließt nicht absagt geht leider gar nicht. Selbst bei Krankheit gibt es mindestens eine Ordinationshilfe, die kurz Bescheid geben könnte. Kurze SMS reicht. Eine solche würde ich mir zumindest erwarten, nachdem ich mir den Termin für eine wichtige Kontrolle nach einer Verletzung extra eingeteilt habe und dann vor verschlossenen Türen stand. Very nice and personable doctor and as such I would certainly recommend him. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel appointments even on the 3rd day after you spontaneously close the practice. Even if you are ill, there is at least one receptionist who can give you a brief update. A short text message is enough. At least that's what I would expect after I had scheduled an appointment for an important check after an injury and then stood in front of closed doors.
