Wurde nach Aufsprechen auf dem Anrufbeantworter für Terminvereinbarungen innerhalb von einer Stunde sogar verlässlich zurückgerufen und am selben Tag noch eingeschoben! (das hat Seltenheitswert heutzutage). Sehr nettes Personal und sehr netter und kompetenter Arzt. Very nice practice. Was even reliably recalled after answering on the answering machine for appointments within one hour and pushed in the same day! (that has rarity value nowadays). Very nice staff and very nice and competent doctor.
J	Jennifer Kuntner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder diese Ordination. Ich war beim Herrn Doktor im November letztes Jahr mit meinem kleinen Sohn. War eigentlich begeistert und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Da mein Sohn riesige Mandeln hat und chronische Schmerzen, hat der Arzt gesagt wir sollen uns jederzeit melden wenn was ist... finde ich witzig wenn niemand abhebt IN DER ORDINATIONSZEIT und niemand auf E-Mail´s reagiert. Dann waren wir persönlich dort weil mein Sohn seit 2 Tagen nicht mehr schlucken möchte, das Essen wieder ausspuckt und nicht trinken möchte... NEGATIV wurden weggeschickt. Ein 5 jähriges Kind weg zu schicken ist - ich finde keine Worte dafür. Diese Vorgehensweise dieser Praxis ist inakzeptabel. Ich weiß nicht in wiefern das die Rezeption in der Hand hat oder in wieweit der Arzt selbst. Never again this ordination. I went to the doctor in November last year with my little son. Was actually enthusiastic and felt comfortable. Since my son has huge tonsils and chronic pain, the doctor said we should contact us at any time if what is ... I find it funny if no one answers IN ORDINATION TIME and nobody responds to emails. Then we were there personally because my son doesn't want to swallow for 2 days, spits out the food and doesn't want to drink ... NEGATIVE were sent away. Sending a 5 year old child away - I can't find words for it. This practice of this practice is unacceptable. I do not know how far the reception is in hand or to what extent the doctor himself.

Ersten Termin vor drei Wochen kurzfristig abgesagt, wir melden uns! Tagelang nichts, ich melde mich, neuer Termin vereinbart, Absage per sms ohne neuen Termin. Ein paar Tage später rufe ich wieder bei Dr. Zieger an. Termin für heute 11.30 vereinbart, verschiebe berufliche Termine, stehe vor geschlossener Ordination. Keine Absage, kein Anruf, keine Info vorab. Lapidarer Zettel an der Tür wo man anrufen soll. Keiner hebt ab ………… Der sieht mich nie wieder, 3 Wochen Vera...….en reicht! Used to have a high opinion of Dr. Zieger, but what he's been doing for the past three weeks is beyond chaotic. First appointment canceled three weeks ago, we'll get in touch! Nothing for days, I will get in touch, a new appointment has been agreed, cancellation by SMS without a new appointment. A few days later I call Dr. Goat. Appointment for today 11.30 agreed, postpone professional appointments, stand before closed ordination. No cancellation, no call, no information in advance. Brief note on the door where to call. Nobody takes off ………… He never sees me again, 3 weeks Vera…… .en is enough!
