M	Mark Werchota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit dem AMS-Baden habe ich nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Es wurde mir eine komplette Ausbildung in der Pflege finanziert. Sicher ist Kooperation eine Voraussetzung. Aber genau deswegen sind die BeraterInnen, in diesem Fall, umso kompetenter, fürsorglicher und einfühlsamer. Das AMS-Baden kümmert sich um seiner Kunden. Sicherlich kann einen Kunde hier die Welt und den Himmel nicht geschenkt bekommen aber die Beratung und finanzielle Unterstützung vom AMS-Baden sind einmalig. Hut ab! Macht so weiter! Aus Datenschutzgründe darf ich keine Namen erwähnen, aber danke an Hr. N, Fr. G und Hr. S für die ausgezeichnete Betreuung. I have only had good experiences with AMS-Baden. I was financed a complete training in nursing. Cooperation is certainly a prerequisite. But that is precisely why the advisors, in this case, are all the more competent, caring and empathetic. AMS Baden takes care of its customers. Certainly a customer here cannot get the world and heaven for free, but the advice and financial support from AMS-Baden are unique. Hats off! Go on like this! N	Nicole Turini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die MitarbeiterInnen waren durchwegs freundlich, von den ersten zwei Herren bis zu meiner jetzigen Beraterin. Sie bemühen sich meiner Meinung nach sehr zu helfen wo sie können. Auch die Damen und Herren am Empfang sind sehr nett. Ich habe bis jetzt noch keine schlechten Erfahrungen dort gemacht. Einziges Manko, die Parkplatzsituation ist katastrophal. The employees were very friendly, from the first two men to my current advisor. In my opinion they try very hard to help where they can. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception are also very nice. I haven't had a bad experience there yet. The only drawback, the parking situation is catastrophic.

Oft gab es Tage wo ich nicht wußte wohin ,und wir ich mein Leben Finanzieren soll ,und wir ich den nächsten Tag überleben soll..? Ich bin sehr sehr Dankbar , das mich das AMS in jeder Lage unterstützt hat ,und mich Finanziell gesichert hatte ansonsten hätte ich alles im Leben verloren ... Herr Michael Lauter ist der beste Betreuer der mir über den Weg gelaufen ist ,und mich mit seinem Herzen umarmte wo es nur möglich war ... L	Lisa Schnell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle sehr unkompetent, mache meinen Lehrabschluss über das WIFI nach. Diesen Kurs musste ich selber zahlen da mir gesagt wurde, dass ich keine Förderung bekomme. Als ich dann den Abendkurs übers WIFI angetreten habe, wurde mir gesagt das es doch die Möglichkeit gegeben hätte eine Förderung zu beantragen (da fühlte ich mich etwas verarscht…) und falls ich wegen diesem Kurs keine Arbeit erhalte wäre dies Arbeitsvereitelung und sie würden mir das Geld sperren. Dann wurde ich in einen AMS Kurs geschoben wo mir dann erzählt wurde ich müsse umgeschult werden da meine Fähigkeiten nicht zum derzeitigen Arbeitsmarkt passen. Daraufhin habe ich mit meiner Ams Beraterin Fr. Gschiel gesprochen warum ich umgeschult werde da ich ja gerade meinen Lehrabschluss nachhole und mir dieser sehr wichtig ist, da ich noch keinen habe. Sie sagte mir nur wenn ich nicht in den Ams Kurs gehe wird mir mein Geld gesperrt und das ich anscheinend nicht arbeiten möchte… Meiner Meinung nach ist es lächerlich mich in einen Kurs zu stecken (in dem ich weder Arbeit suchen durfte geschweige den mir geholfen wurde) um mich umzuschulen, obwohl ich nachweislich 2 Monate vor meiner Lehrabschlussprüfung stehe… Ich kann nur hoffen das meine derzeitige Firma nicht verkauft wird und ich bis dahin vielleicht schon in einem anderen Bezirk wohne, sodass ich nie wieder zum AMS Baden muss…! All very incompetent, imitate my apprenticeship via the WIFI. I had to pay for this course myself because I was told that I would not receive any funding. When I started the evening course via WIFI, I was told that it was possible to apply for funding (I felt a bit cheated...) and if I didn't get any work because of this course, it would be work frustration and they would do that to me lock money Then I was pushed into an AMS course where I was then told I needed to be retrained as my skills did not match the current job market. I then spoke to my Ams advisor, Ms. Gschiel, why I was being retrained because I am currently completing my apprenticeship and this is very important to me because I don't have one yet. She just told me if I don't go to the Ams course my money will be blocked and I don't seem to want to work... In my opinion it's ridiculous to put me in a course (where I wasn't allowed to look for work let alone get help ) to retrain, although it can be proven that I am 2 months away from my final apprenticeship exam... I can only hope that my current company will not be sold and that I may already live in another district by then, so that I never have to go to the AMS Baden again...!
D	Daniel Strobl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So etwas von Inkompetent! Geld kommt nicht, geschweige denn der Arbeitslosengeld-Bescheid. Stellen für die man zu überqualifiziert ist werden zugesendet. Mails werden nicht beantwortet und die Kommunikation intern ist einfach nur ein schlechter Scherz. Selbst ein Stern ist viel zu viel! Google sollte Minussterne implementieren. Würde ich mir in meiner Arbeit solche Fehltritte erlauben hätte ich die längste Zeit eine Arbeit gehabt.Aber das ist ja den Mitarbeitern die den Beamtenstatus genießen, egal. Ständig heißt es am Telefon "ich bin nicht zuständig, der verantwortliche Kollege ist nicht da oder ich kann nichts dafür" bla bla bla.... Und das obwohl man seit 25 Jahren ins "System" einzahlt! Lächerlich!!! So incompetent! Money does not come, let alone the unemployment benefit notice. Positions for which one is too overqualified will be sent. Mails are not answered and the communication internally is just a bad joke. Even one star is way too much! Google should implement minus stars. If I allowed myself such missteps in my work, I would have had a job for the longest time. But that doesn't matter to the employees who enjoy civil servant status. It's always on the phone "I'm not responsible, the colleague responsible isn't there or I can't help it" blah blah blah.... And that although you have been paying into the "system" for 25 years! Ridiculous!!!
P	Play Time 12 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War vor 10 Jahren dort, damals konnte ich mir dort als Teenager anhören, was ich alles nicht kann und nicht schaffen werde. Heute wieder seit 10 Jahren dort und konnte mich schon wieder runterputzen lassen. Bis auf die Arbeitspsychologin, die als Einzige realistisch bleiben kann, habe ich dort nur Erfahrung mit unprofessionellen Betreuern gemacht. Die sollten sich mal besser schulen lassen, bezüglich dem Umgang mit psychisch Kranken. …Und außerdem was ist das für eine Aussage, dass man als Frau beruflich sowieso keine Chance hat??!! Was there 10 years ago, when I was a teenager I could listen to what I can't and won't do. I've been there for 10 years now and I was able to have it cleaned up again. Except for the work psychologist, who is the only one who can remain realistic, I only had experience with unprofessional supervisors there. They should get better training on how to deal with the mentally ill. ...And what kind of statement is that, that as a woman you have no chance professionally anyway??!!
