In einer Privatordination sollte man sich um seine Patienten bemühen und einen schätzenden Umgang pflegen, das hat man in dieser Ordination wohl noch nicht herausgefunden Dr. Schuster is indeed competent in his field, but his assistant (elderly lady) is so rude, preposterous and rude that I'll never go back. In a private practice, one should strive for his patients and maintain a respectable relationship, which one has probably not found out in this ordination

Ich war zwischen Oktober 2019 und Februar 2020 ca. 8 mal bei ihr und jedes mal sagt sie zu mir ich ruf dich an und das hat sie wirklich nieee getan! Ich komme nie wieder. Dr. Schuster is very friendly, but this older lady is so rude and gruff, I just couldn't be treated for her! I was with her about 8 times between October 2019 and February 2020 and every time she says to me I'll call you and she really never did! I will never come back

But the phone issue is a bit nerve-wracking.

I feel that I am in very good hands with this dermatologist....takes his time...explains the therapies in great detail...medically very competent and has a very nice manner...even at reception you are lovingly welcomed and well looked after in stressful situations ...
