I	Ivana Peric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte einen Termin vereinbaren, am Telefon wurde mir erklärt ich bekomme keinen weil ich eigentlich keine Patienten bin und das eine Mal wo ich da war war nur ein Notfall Termin,was ich aber damals so nicht verstanden habe ich dachte ich wurde damals April 2021 als Patientin aufgenommen. Weil ich mich jz seid einem Jahr nicht mehr gemeldet habe nehmen sie mich nicht und ich hab quasi Pech. Als ob es nicht schon schwer genug ist einen Zahnarzt zu finden.. danke für nichts ... Nicht zu empfehlen. I wanted to make an appointment, on the phone I was told I can't get one because I'm actually not a patient and the one time I was there was just an emergency appointment, which I didn't understand at the time I thought it was April 2021 as Patient admitted. Because I haven't contacted you in a year, they don't take me and I'm pretty unlucky. As if it wasn't hard enough to find a dentist ... thanks for nothing ... Not recommended.
U	Usak Camber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Aufnahme auch wenn ein 6 jähriges Kind (bestehende Patientin) mit geschwollenem Zahn kommt!!! Außer Zahnhygiene u. Geld abkassieren keine Besonderheit. Mit "Zahnhygiene" haben sie mir meine Füllüngen abgeschliffen, wo ich nur noch Schmerzen habe. Dann meinten sie, diese müssen neu gemacht werden. Nicht zu empfehlen! No admission even if a 6 year old child (existing patient) comes with a swollen tooth !!! Except for dental hygiene and cash in, nothing special. With "Dental Hygiene" they sanded off my fillings where I only have pain. Then they said they had to be redone. Not recommendable!
H	Haha Production on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf Ihre Empfehlung eine 15jährige Amalgam-Füllung gegen eine weiße Füllung getauscht!! Das Ergebnis war, der Zahn ist in X teile zerbrochen und eine weitere Behandlung würde mich 2600€ kosten. On your recommendation, a 15-year-old amalgam filling was exchanged for a white filling!! The result was that the tooth broke into X pieces and further treatment would cost me 2600€.
M	Melanie Ruzicka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin absoluter Angstpatient und daher auf Empfehlung vor Jahren zu Dr. Ney gegangen. War dann aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes länger nicht dort, bin jetzt wieder in Österreich und wollte mir einen Termin abmachen - da wird einem gesagt „Sie waren länger nicht bei uns, bitte suchen Sie sich jemand anderen“. Als Angstpatient für mich alleine schon eine Überwindung überhaupt einen Termin auszumachen, und dann von dem Arzt des Vertrauens abgewiesen zu werden ist schlimm. Bin sehr enttäuscht. I am an absolute anxiety patient and therefore on recommendation years ago to Dr. No gone. Wasn't there for a long time because of a stay abroad, I'm now back in Austria and wanted to make an appointment - you're told "You haven't been with us for a long time, please find someone else". As an anxious patient, for me alone it is an effort to make an appointment at all, and then to be rejected by the doctor I trust is bad. Am very disappointed.
I	Ines M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Martina an der Rezeption ist eine arrogante Frau. Man wird so unfreundlich behandelt und zum Schluss bekommt man nicht einmal einen Termin. Wir waren schon zu lange nicht mehr in der Ordination und daher sollen wir uns eine andere Praxis suchen. Ernsthaft? That Martina at the reception is an arrogant woman. You are treated so rudely and in the end you don't even get an appointment. We haven't been to the ordination for too long and that's why we should look for another practice. Serious?
A	Andreas Reiterer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ da es bei Frau Dr. Ney gerade einen Aufnahmestop gibt, werden keine neuen Patienten angenommen und an andere Zahnärzte verwiesen. Nachdem das Gespräch 15 Sekunden gedauert hat, kann man sich, denke ich den Anfrage als neuer Kunde sparen. Wurde bestimmt aber nicht unfreundliche abgewiesen... ;) since Mrs. Dr. Ney is on hold, no new patients will be accepted and referred to other dentists. After the conversation has lasted 15 seconds, I think you can save yourself the request as a new customer. Was definitely rejected but not unfriendly ... ;)
R	Robo Account on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Rezeption scheint zu ignorieren, das Patienten auch noch ein Leben haben. Selbst als privater Patient kann man nicht mal Termine diskutieren, um diese mit der Arbeit in Einklang zu bringen. Termine werden einfach vorgegeben, nach der Methode: Friss oder such dir einen anderen Arzt. Aber scheinbar kann man sich das erlauben. The reception seems to ignore that patients also have a life. Even as a private patient, you can't even discuss appointments to harmonize them with work. Appointments are simply given, according to the method: Eat or find another doctor. But apparently you can afford that.
