Er "begrüßte" mich mit dem Rücken zu mir, fing an zu werken, ohne vorher mir die Arbeitsschritte zu erklären, machte eine Füllung, probierte aber nicht aus, ob sie die Zahnseide durchlässt. Weil ich mit der Zahnseide nicht durchkommen konnte, musste ich nochmals zu ihm. Mundspüllen wird nicht angeboten, man muss fragen. Ich gehe nicht mehr hin. The ordination is OK, bright and central. Unfortunately, the doctor is not sympathetic. He "greeted me" with his back to me, began to work without first explaining the steps to me, made a filling, but did not try if she lets the floss through. Because I could not get away with the flossing, I had to go back to him. Mouth washes are not offered, you have to ask. I'm not going anymore.

Wird auf jeden Fall weiterempfohlen Very friendly dentist team. I was in severe pain and treated very kindly without hesitation. Will definitely be recommended

How can you be so rude on the phone? I asked very nicely if they might be taking on new customers and she simply said no and hung up on her so cheekily, if she doesn't enjoy her work, she'd better quit!!!!!!!
V	Vahit Hadzilari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin einfach nur enttäuscht. Das ist bis jetzt der schlechteste Zahnarzt den ich je gesehen hab. Sie sind so ungeduldig und garnicht nett. Ich habe meinen Sohn hingebracht und der Arzt hatte gar keine Geduld genau so wie die anderen Arbeiter die dort arbeiten. Meiner Meinung nach haben Sie nicht mal diesen einen Stern verdient! Ich werde es weiter sagen das ich Sie ganz und gar nicht empfehlen kann. I am just disappointed. This is the worst dentist I have ever seen so far. You are so impatient and not at all nice. I brought my son there and the doctor had no patience just like the other workers who work there. In my opinion, you don't even deserve that one star! I will go on to say that I cannot recommend you at all.

Die Empfangsdame war schon am Telefon sehr bemüht und nett und auch das restliche Team war sehr freundlich. Wir haben kaum gewartet und wurden gut fachlich beraten. I was at the Dr. Birnbauer with my 13 year old son because of braces. The receptionist was already on the phone very hard and nice and the rest of the team was very friendly. We hardly waited and were given good technical advice.

In Sachen Zahnkorrektur ebenfalls absolut zu empfehlen. Man merkt die Erfahrung und wird super beraten und behandelt. Absolute recommendation!! dr Birnbauer and his assistants are very nice and sensitive, you really feel that you are in good hands. Also highly recommended when it comes to tooth correction. You notice the experience and are given great advice and treatment.

Can't say anything about the technical team because I was denied to schedule an appointment in the first place. Even trying to speak a little bit of German and asking kindly if she spoke English, my daughter, a kid, and I had to hear "in Austria we speak German". There are other ways to explain that she could not understand and/or help me because of language barrier. Education and respect are basic for good health service. Very unpleasant experience, unfortunately.
