Aber nach über 20 Minuten Geduld, muss es möglich sein einen Anruf anzunehmen! Und ja, ich habe die "Notbesetzung" mit der längeren Wartezeit gelesen. Aber 20 Minuten sollten als lange Wartezeit ausreichen. In principle, I understand that the FAZ has a lot to do at this time of year. But after more than 20 minutes of patience, it must be possible to take a call! And yes, I read the "emergency cast" with the longer waiting time. But 20 minutes should be enough as a long wait.

(Eigentlich muss man sagen, er wusste ja nicht mal ob jemand von uns Medizin studiert hat.) Die Terminvereinbarung und das Service durch die anderen Mitarbeiter_innen vor Ort war sehr gut! Are you looking for a doctor who will treat you like you're illiterate just because you didn't go to medical school? Then you are exactly right here! (Actually, one has to say that he didn't even know if any of us studied medicine.) Scheduling appointments and the service provided by the other employees on site was very good!

Gegen die Damen beim Schalter kann ich überhaupt nichts sagen, die waren sowohl am Telefon, wie auch in der Praxis selbst außerordentlich freundlich. Der behandelnde Arzt war hingegen eher unfreundlich, hat mich mehr "abgewimmelt" als behandelt. Als ich nach einem Allergietest verlangte, wofür nunmal ein Allergiezentrum da ist, meinte er, dass er mir einfach so einen Allergieausweis ausstellt, ein Test sei nicht notwendig. Finde ich etwas unprofessionell. Der ganze Termin war auch nach 2 Minuten wieder beendet, was mich sehr irritiert hat, denn der Arzt hat mir 0 zugehört. Das ist sehr schade, denn die Räumlichkeiten wären eigentlich ganz nett. 1/5 Sterne... After a few months of waiting, my appointment at the FAZ finally took place. I can't say anything about the ladies at the counter, they were extremely friendly both on the phone and in the office. The doctor treating me, on the other hand, was rather rude and "shrugged me off" more than treated me. When I asked for an allergy test, which is what an allergy center is for, he said that he would just issue me an allergy card, a test was not necessary. I find it a bit unprofessional. The whole appointment was over after 2 minutes, which irritated me a lot, because the doctor didn't listen to me. That's a shame, because the premises would actually be quite nice. 1/5 stars...
m	mimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte eine Überweisung zu einem Allergietest. Es gibt lange Wartezeiten auf einen Termin, aber das hat mich nicht sonderlich gestört da es kein akutes Problem ab. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr höflich. Am Telefon wartet man jedoch ebenfalls sehr lange. Leider gab es trotz dem Termin dann im Zentrum selbst lange Wartezeiten, also mind. 30 min sollte man schon einrechnen. Dann bei der Ärztin ging es recht schnell mit nur allgemeinen Fragen und zum Allergietest selbst konnte ich dann ohne weitere Wartezeit weitermachen. Der Test verlief professionell und auch bei der Blutabnahme gab es keine Probleme. Wegen den Wartezeiten muss ich leider einen Stern abziehen. I had a referral for an allergy test. There is a long wait for an appointment, but that didn't really bother me as it wasn't an acute issue. The ladies at the front desk were very polite. However, the wait on the phone is also very long. Unfortunately, despite the appointment, there were long waiting times in the center itself, so you should calculate at least 30 minutes. Then at the doctor's it went quite quickly with only general questions and I was able to continue with the allergy test itself without any further waiting. The test was professional and there were no problems with the blood draw. Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star because of the waiting time.
T	Tanja-Maria Weiringer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal tut mir mehr Leid als sonst jemand in dem Haus. Der Arzt lässt im 5 min Takt Patienten einteilen und braucht 3 mal so lange pro Patient. Insgesamt wartet man gut 2 Stunden länger als geplant. I feel more sorry for the staff than anyone else in the house. The doctor has patients divided up every 5 minutes and needs 3 times as long per patient. Overall, you wait a good 2 hours longer than planned.
D	Dominique Grund on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen Stern ziehe ich ab, aufgrund der langen Wartezeit auf den Termin (mind. 2 Monate...) Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden! Netter Empfang, kurze Wartezeit für das Arztgespräch, Ärztin war sehr sympathisch und hat alle Fragen geduldig beantwortet. Danach ging es zur Blutabnahme, die sehr professionell und rasch durchgeführt wurde. Auch hier ausschließlich freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen. Fazit: Empfehlenswert, trotz aller vorausgegangener negativer Bewertungen! I'm deducting one star because of the long wait for the appointment (at least 2 months...) Otherwise I was very satisfied! Nice reception, short waiting time for the doctor's consultation, doctor was very personable and patiently answered all questions. Then the blood was drawn, which was carried out very professionally and quickly. Here, too, only friendly employees. Conclusion: Recommended, despite all previous negative reviews!

Ja, ich hatte eine Wartezeit von 2 Monaten für meinen Termin, aber es war auch kein akutes Problem. Bin mit der Überweisung hergekommen und war innerhalb von 15 Minuten dran. Danach wurde gleich der Allergietest inkl. Blutabnahme gemacht und das wars auch wieder. War innerhalb 50 Minuten wieder draußen. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch alle sehr freundlich. I can't understand all the negative reviews at all. Yes, I had a 2-month wait for my appointment, but it wasn't an acute problem either. Came here with the transfer and was there within 15 minutes. After that, the allergy test including taking a blood sample was done and that was it. Was out again within 50 minutes. The staff were all very friendly too.
