J	Jaqueline Tri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man bei der Empfangsdame einen Termin telefonisch ausmachen will aber total unfreundlich behandelt wird, dann erspart man sich den Weg lieber gleich und ist in einer anderen Ordination besser aufgehoben. If you want to make an appointment with the receptionist over the phone but are treated in a totally unfriendly manner, then it is better to save yourself the trip and be better off in another surgery.

Leider kann man gestresst werden, weil man lange warten muss und wenn man den Raum betritt, sieht man, dass Dr. Petrossian Sie sehr schnell rausschicken wird Und Sie müssen ihnen schnell sagen, welche Krankheit Sie haben. Ich finde es wichtig, dass sie sich früher mit Kunden trifft, die Laser-Beauty machen möchten (weil die Versicherungen kein Geld dafür zahlen und es nicht kostenlos ist und man extra und separat bezahlen muss und es nicht kostenlos ist und sie interessiert ist solche Kunden). Da sie einmal einen Kosmetiklaser für mich gemacht hat und ich das separat bezahlt habe, habe ich ein ganz anderes Verhalten als sie gesehen. Selbst einen Stern im Kommentar für Dr. Petrossian zu geben, ist zu viel. Ich empfehle sie nicht. I agree with the patients' opinion that they are not satisfied. Unfortunately you can get stressed because you have to wait a long time and when you walk into the room you can see that Dr. Petrossian will send you out very quickly. And you need to tell them what illness you have quickly. I think it is important that she meets earlier with customers who want to do laser beauty (because the insurance companies do not pay any money for it and it is not free and you have to pay extra and separately and it is not free and she is interested in such customers ). Since she once made a cosmetic laser for me and I paid for it separately, I saw very different behavior from her. Even a star in the commentary for Dr. Giving Petrossian is too much. I do not recommend them.

Wurde sehr nett empfangen, jedes einzelne Muttermal wurde genau begutachtet und meine Fragen genau erklärt. Top Team! Today was my first time in the office of Dr. Manon Der-Petrossian for my annual birthmark check. I felt very comfortable and safe. Was received very nicely, every single mole was examined in detail and my questions were explained in detail. Great Team!

Für meinen ersten Kontrolltermin seit vielen Jahren hätte es nicht besser sein können: - parken in der angeschlossenen Garage (1 Stunde gratis) - reingehen, anmelden, 10 Minuten warten - Untersuchung gründlich und flott, Kleinigkeiten wurden sofort erledigt - Frau Dr. Der-Petrossian und das ganze Team waren super freundlich - nach 25 Minuten bin ich schon wieder im Auto gesessen :) This is exactly how a visit to the doctor should work! It couldn't have been better for my first check-up appointment in many years: - parking in the attached garage (1 hour free) - go in, register, wait 10 minutes - Examination thoroughly and quickly, little things were done immediately - Miss Dr. Der-Petrossian and the whole team were super friendly - after 25 minutes I was back in the car :)

G	Guilherme Rodrigues on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Staff are nice, collaborative and do seem to put some effort in. If anything, I'd just like to see more energy from them, but it's pretty good as it is. So why 2 Stars? I don't consider dismissive a good attitude to bear when solving a problem. I can understand if there is a lack of skills or knowledge (not just the Dr, but also in the field itself), but dismissive is the worst attitude one can have when trying to aim for a solution. Out of the 3 times I've been there, I've had issues only once. For trivial cases I totally recommend them since you get in, get the stuff, get out, the staff is friendly, the Dr seems to know her stuff, all is good. But I would not recommend them for more complicated cases that require dialogue or collaboration with the patient.
