W	Wolfgang Lumetzberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind mit unseren beiden Söhnen seit 4 Jahren Kunden bei Herrn Dr. Rauscher. Bei beiden Kindern ist und war er immer sehr bedacht und konnte uns stets weiterhelfen. Dabei nahm er unsere Sorgen ernst und argumentierte offen die möglichen Optionen. Seine konservative Vorgehensweise "öfter mal abzuwarten" anstatt das volle Programm aufzufahren lernten wir schätzen. Einmal gab eine Arztanwärterin, die war etwas unglücklich, okay. Trotzdem kann ich die teilweise negativen Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen. Klar ist, dass es in Salzburg einen Mangel an Kinderärzten gibt. Dadurch bleibt dem einzelnen Arzt für die Kinder weniger Zeit. Das ist aber dem System anzulasten und nicht einem Arzt im Speziellen. We have been customers of Dr. with our two sons for 4 years Rauscher. He was and was always very careful with both children and could always help us. He took our concerns seriously and openly argued the possible options. We learned to appreciate his conservative approach "wait and see" instead of starting the full program. Once there was a doctor candidate who was a little unhappy, okay. Nevertheless, I can not understand the partially negative comments. It is clear that there is a shortage of pediatricians in Salzburg. This leaves the individual doctor less time for the children. However, this is due to the system and not to a doctor in particular.

Dann sind wir natürlich gleich zum anderen Arzt.. tja Mittelohrentzündung.. aber sie sagte, "..brauchen Sie nicht kommen" Doctor great! However, the secretary never gives appointments .. always this: "If there is no more fever then you don't need to come .." Then of course we will go straight to the other doctor .. well, otitis media .. but she said, ".. you don't need to come"
S	Shahzad Sahaib on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rauscher ist kompetent und freundlich - leider ist die Ordination telefonisch recht schwer zu erreichen, dies ist auch das einzige Manko. dr Rauscher is competent and friendly - unfortunately the surgery is quite difficult to reach by phone, this is the only drawback.
J	Janine Lechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bei Herrn Dr. Rauscher jetzt das 5. mal und ich muss sagen er ist äußerst kompetent, nimmt sich Zeit für die Kids und was ich sehr an ihm schätze ist, dass er so ruhig bleibt obwohl sehr viel los ist. Bis jetzt waren meine Kinderärzte immer sehr hektisch und das überträgt sich dann natürlich auch auf die Kinder. Er erklärt z.B. meiner zweijährigen was er gerade bei ihr macht und zeigt es bei ihrem kleinen Bruder vor. Wirklich toll! Ich bin sehr happy so einen Arzt gefunden zu haben! Seine Frau die an der Annahme ist auch wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Ich fühle mich mit meinen Kindern sehr gut aufgehoben und wohl in dieser Ordination. I was with Dr. Rauscher is now the 5th time and I have to say he is extremely competent, takes time for the kids and what I really appreciate about him is that he stays so calm even though there is a lot going on. Up until now, my pediatricians have always been very hectic and of course that carries over to the children as well. For example, he explains to my two-year-old what he's doing with her and shows it to her little brother. Really great! I am very happy to have found such a doctor! His wife who takes part is also really nice and helpful! I feel very well taken care of with my children and at ease in this ordination.

Aber was man erleben muss um einen Termin zu bekommen.... Es ist den Aufwand nicht wert The receptionist is extremely rude. Cannot be reached by phone at any time. Hours of waiting. The doctor himself is great. But what you have to experience to get an appointment.... It's not worth the hassle

Seit Mittwoch ist niemand telefonisch erreichbar ich habe mehrmals versucht jemanden zu erreichen entweder war besetzt oder es lief ein Band somit war das Telefon ausgeschalten. Mein Sohn ist wirklich krank seit mehr als 3 Tagen hohes Fieber . Ich habe mir Sorgen gemacht da der Husten immer schlimmer bis zum erbrechen wurde. Ich dachte mir eventuell braucht er stärkere Medikamente nicht das es eine Lungenentzündung ist. Also bin ich heute am Freitag nachdem ich ja mittlerweile schon den dritten Tag telefonisch niemand erreicht habe direkt zum Arzt gefahren. Dort musste ich mir sagen lassen es wäre eine bodenlose Frechheit mit einem so Kranke Kind zu erscheinen. Da mein Sohn die gesunden Kinder anstecken könnte. Vor allen anderen Patienten wurde ich richtig abwertend behandelt. Wir mussten 2 Stunden warten und mir wurde auch persönlich gesagt das passiert mit Absicht! Ich frage mich wenn die gesunden Kinder geschützt gehören wäre es nicht sinnvoll dafür zu sorgen die kranken Kinder so schnell wie möglich aus der Ordination zu bringen? Ich habe vor Ort noch bei der Ärztekammer angerufen diese wollten ebenfalls beim Arzt anrufen aber welch eine Überraschung das Telefon war ausgeschaltet auch diese kamen nicht durch! I'm shocked. No one has been available by phone since Wednesday. I tried several times to reach someone, either the line was busy or a tape was playing, so the phone was switched off. My son is really sick for more than 3 days high fever. I was worried because the cough was getting worse and worse until I vomited. I thought maybe he doesn't need stronger medication that it's pneumonia. So today, on Friday, after I haven't been able to reach anyone by phone for the third day now, I went straight to the doctor. There I had to be told that it would be a bottomless cheek to appear with such a sick child. Because my son could infect the healthy children. In front of all the other patients I was treated really pejoratively. We had to wait 2 hours and I was also personally told this is happening on purpose! I wonder if the healthy children should be protected, wouldn't it make sense to ensure that the sick children are removed from the ordination as quickly as possible? I called the medical association on site, they also wanted to call the doctor but what a surprise the phone was switched off and they couldn't get through either!
