Man fühlt sich aufgehoben und verstanden und Fr.Dr.Deutschmann nimmt sich Zeit und hat einen totale Ruhe, sodass man sich auch als Eltern gut betreut fühlt. Danke, dass es euch gibt ? Unsere Tochter hatte Monate lang durchgehustet, es gab keine Besserung... immer wieder zu hören, dass es ein "natürlicher Heilprozess.... - sein sie froh dass sie hustet... usw.. usw. " nicht sehr kompetent in diesem Bereich. Hustensaft alleine leider nicht immer ausreichend, war nicht begeistert davon wenn man sich eine 2. Fachmeinung einer Lungenfachärztin dazu hohlt. Es ist doch normal, dass man als Allgemeinmediziner/in für Kinder, nicht alles wissen kann, da hat man Verständnis dafür. Kritik anzunehmen ist nicht ihre Stärke. Mehr Selbstkritik üben und auch andere Fachärzte in Zukunft zu Rate ziehen, wäre angebracht. - Friendly medical doctor with an unfriendly team - for small ailments ... unfortunately not suitable for more serious illnesses. Our daughter had coughed for months, there was no improvement ... keep hearing that there is a "natural healing process ... - be glad she coughs ... etc .. etc." not very competent in this Area. Unfortunately, cough syrup alone is not always sufficient, was not enthusiastic about it when you get a second expert opinion from a pulmonologist. It is normal that, as a general practitioner for children, you cannot know everything, you understand that. Accepting criticism is not their forte. It would be advisable to practice more self-criticism and to consult other specialists in the future. -

Am Ende die sagen nur wir haben keine Termine....!!!! Eine sehr schlechte, Organisation. Die Spitze ist die Unhöflichkeit!!! 3 days trying to get an appointment and nobody reads the emails, to get in touch by phone is impossible !!!! In the end they just say we don't have any appointments .... !!!! Very bad organization. The tip is the rudeness !!!

Für derart nette und hilfreiche telefonische Leistungen wartet man gerne auf ein Freiwerden der Leitung, beziehungsweise auf einen ausgerichteten Rückrufwunsch per Mail. Ärztin und auch das Team nehmen sich wirklich Zeit für ihre kleinen Patienten - und das ist doch wichtig. Wer rechnen kann, dem ist auch klar, dass es dadurch manchmal zu Wartezeiten kommen kann. Am Telefon gibt es oft eine 'längere' Warteschleife. Wer jedoch die Situation des herrschenden Mangels von Gesundheitspersonal und Ärzten kennt, den dürfte dies nicht wundern. Bitte weiter so. Wir sind froh, dass es euch gibt! Danke. Great, competent and empathetic doctor. Team always super-friendly and hard-working, even with increased workload. Wow!!! The doctor and the team really take time for their little patients - and that's important. Anyone who can calculate is also aware that this can sometimes lead to waiting times. Wartezeiten am Telefon und in der Ordination schon recht lang, aber dafür nimmt sich Dr. Deutschmann auch genug Zeit für Ihre Patienten. Great team and a wonderful, sensitive paediatrician!! Waiting times on the phone and in the surgery are quite long, but Dr. Deutschmann also has enough time for your patients.

Aber ab die Impfung bekommten keinen andern Tag einen Termin weil mein Kind Krank war sie sagte uns erst in 6 Wochen könnt wieder kommen zum Impfen. Dann das Telefon ☎️ ist schrecklich.. Und wenn mein ein Termin hat kann bis 1,5 warten am kalten Flur mit klein Kind.. Die Ärztin ist aber sehr lieb war immer sehr freundlich aber wir haben uns für einen Neuen Arzt entschieden weil ich will das mein kind auch Ärztlich versorgt wird in Not Fall und ich nicht stundenlang am Telefon ☎️ auf einen Termin warte!!! In the beginning everything was great ... But after the vaccination there was no appointment for another day because my child was sick, she told us we could only come back for the vaccination in 6 weeks. Then the phone ☎️ is terrible .. And when my appointment can wait until 1.5 in the cold hallway with a small child .. The doctor is very nice but was always very friendly but we decided on a new doctor because I want that my child is also medically cared for in an emergency and I don't wait hours on the phone ☎️ for an appointment !!!
