V	Vanya Schwiefert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mairl ist eine fachlich und menschlich äußerst kompetente Ärztin und setzt sich unermüdlich für ihre kleinen Patienten ein, selbst außerhalb der Ordinationszeiten. Sie erklärt einem alles ganz genau und nimmt sich viel Zeit. Man bekommt sehr schnell eine Termin und fühlt sich sehr wohl und gut betreut in der Praxis. Wir fühlen uns rundum bestens betreut und sind sehr froh sie als Kinderärztin zu haben. Dr. Mairl is a professional and humanly extremely competent doctor and works tirelessly for her little patients, even outside the office hours. She explains everything exactly and takes a lot of time. You get an appointment very quickly and feel very well and well cared for in practice. We feel well looked after all around and are very happy to have her as a pediatrician.
C	Croxxx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termine werden nicht eingehalten…!!!! Wenn ich wem sage um 12:30 dann ist es so ok gut vielleicht 2-5 min sind gut aber um 13 uhr und nicht mal was sagen…!!! Unhöflich..!!!! Plus man muss im Behandlungsraum auch noch auf die Ärztin warten..!!! Kommt macht kurz was geht also Freundlichkeit oder sonst was fehlt hier voll werden uns einen anderen Arzt suchen…!!! Deadlines are not kept ... !!!! If I tell someone at 12:30 then it's okay, maybe 2-5 minutes are good, but at 1 p.m. and don't even say anything ... !!! Not polite..!!!! Plus you have to wait for the doctor in the treatment room .. !!! Come on, what is going on so friendliness or whatever is missing here we will look for another doctor ... !!!

Nimmt sich in ihrer Privatzeit auch Zeit für ihre Patienten falls Fragen auftauchen Versteht die Sorge den Eltern, erklärt alles ganz genau. Man bekommt sehr schnell einen Termin (in Notfälle vorallem). Sehr schöne Ordination Sehr nette Sekretärin! Bin sehr sehr sehr zufrieden ?❤️ THE BEST DOCTOR far and wide! Very communicative and sensitive. In her private time, she also takes time for her patients if questions arise Understand the concern of the parents, explain everything exactly. M	Michael Falkensteiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine extrem enttäuschende Erfahrung. Hatten einen Termin für eine Mutter-Kind-Pass Untersuchung der Online vereinbart wurde samt Bestätigung. Als wir dort ankamen, wusste von einem Termin oder Patientenname niemand was und uns wurde auf unfreundliche Weise mitgeteilt, dass wir doch in 2 Wochen wieder kommen sollen, da Mutter-Kind-Pass Untersuchungen in dieser Ordination andere Regeln hätten als im Mutter-Kind-Pass angeführt. Unsere erste und letzte Erfahrung mit dieser Ordination. An extremely disappointing experience. Had an appointment for a mother-child pass examination which was made online, including confirmation. When we got there, no one knew anything about an appointment or patient name and we were told in an unfriendly way that we should come back in 2 weeks, because mother-child-pass examinations in this ordination have different rules than in mother-child- Passport cited. Our first and last experience with this ordination.
K	Kiss Gabor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Ärztin. Großes Dankeschön für die mehrmalige "digitale" Hilfe / Beratung / Unterstützung. Kleinere Themen wie Rezepterneuerung oder Ersteinschätzung geht auch per Telefonat, E-Mail usw. und muss nicht sofort dorthin fahren. Terminvereinbarungen sind auch spät Nachmittag möglich was die Organisation für uns erleichtert. Parkmöglichkeit in die Tiefgarage ist perfekt - man kann ihren Kind egal bei welchen Wetter trocken und ohne Verkühlungsgefahr in die Ordination bringen. Very friendly doctor. Big thanks for the multiple "digital" help / advice / support. Smaller topics such as recipe renewal or initial assessment can also be done by phone, email, etc. and you don't have to go there immediately. Appointments can also be made late in the afternoon, which makes the organization easier for us. Parking in the underground car park is perfect - you can bring your child to the ordination, regardless of the weather, dry and without the risk of getting cold.
J	Janine Lechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau dr. Mairl ist nett und kompetent, jedoch wirkt sie sehr gestresst. Ordinationshilfen könnten freundlicher sein. Hatte jedes mal das Gefühl nur eine Nummer zu sein, bzw meine Kinder. Man erreicht sehr schwer jemanden, beratung per mail funktioniert jedoch gut. Alles in allem hat mich aber gestört, dass die Ordination sehr oft wegen Urlaub, Fortbildung, ect. geschlossen ist, war dadurch beim Vertretungsarzt öfter als bei Frau dr. Mairl selbst. Dadurch habe ich jetzt auch zum Vertretungsarzt gewechselt. Miss Dr. Mairl is nice and competent, but she seems very stressed. Ordination helpers could be friendlier. Every time I felt like I was just a number, or my children. It is very difficult to reach someone, but advice by e-mail works well. All in all, it bothered me that the ordination very often because of vacation, further training, etc. is closed, was therefore seen by the substitute doctor more often than with dr. Mairl himself. As a result, I have now also switched to the substitute doctor.
