D	Dragon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie sind echt gut aber es ist nicht fähr das sie andere die keinen Termin haben müssen 2 Stunden warten ich musste es gerade. Was ich meine machen sie es doch nach der reihe. They are really good, but it is not a matter of fact that you have to wait 2 hours for others who do not have to have an appointment I just had to. What I mean, do it one after the other.
P	Petra Simonovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte unerträglichen Juckreiz. Bekam eine Salbe und gesagt: wenn die nicht hilft kann man nix mehr machen. Ging zu einem anderen Arzt und - siehe da - mit einer anderen Creme ist der Juckreiz verschwunden. Fazit: Ich und mein Sohn gehen nicht mehr dorthin! The itching was unbearable. Got an ointment and said: if it doesn't help, there's nothing more you can do. Went to another doctor and - lo and behold - with a different cream the itching went away. Conclusion: me and my son don't go there anymore!
V	Vera Katharina Fandl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin vor 3 Jahren ins Weinviertel zugewandert und war nun dringend auf der Suche nach einem Hautarzt (Schmerzen, Juckreiz.....eine akute Angelegenheit). Gelangweilter telefonischer Kommentar der (?) Telefonistin, Sprechstundenhilfe...: "ah, Sie waren noch nie bei uns? Tut mir leid, Fr. Doktor hat Aufnahmesperre......". Auf meine Frage, wer mir denn nun weiterhelfen könnte, kam die lapidare Antwort: naja...in Laa gibts noch einen Hautarzt und in Gänserndorf auch. Unfreundlich, nicht hilfsbereit.....ich bin enttäuscht. Die Ärztin selber kann ich nicht beurteilen.....ist aber nicht wichtig: sie hat ja eh AUFNAHMESPERRE. I immigrated to the Weinviertel 3 years ago and was now urgently looking for a dermatologist (pain, itching ..... an acute matter). Bored telephone comment by the (?) Operator, receptionist ...: "ah, you have never been with us? When I asked who could help me now, the succinct answer came: well ... there is also a dermatologist in Laa and also in Gänserndorf. Rude, not helpful ..... I am disappointed. I can not judge the doctor herself ..... but it is not important: she is blocked from admission anyway.
R	Roland Eder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach ca. 2min in der Warteschleife werden potenzielle Kunden aus Laa/Thaya einfach zu Dr. Gotschirm verwiesen, außer man hat genug Zeit zu warten dann bekommt man in ca. 3 Monten einen Termin. After about 2 minutes on hold, potential customers from Laa / Thaya will simply become dr. Gated screen, unless you have enough time to wait then you get in about 3 months an appointment.
F	Franz Radl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In der Ordination wurde ich von einer äuserst unfreundlichen Dame empfangen. Ich zeigte ihr meine Wunden am Kopf und ersuchte sie um eine Begutachtung. Ihre schnippische Antwort : in 3 Wochen können sie einen Termin haben. Ich machte sie darauf aufmerksam dass ich Schmerzen hätte. Aber das war ihr egal. Ich suchte am nächsten Tag eine andere Ärztin auf. Die Dame an der Rezeption sah meinen Kopf und ließ mich sofort Platz nehmen. nach 15 Minuten kam die Ärztin und stellte fest dass ich Hautkrebs habe. Ich kan nur empfehlen diese Ordination nicht aufzusuchen, denn der Patient scheint hier egal zu sein. In the ordination I was received by an extremely unfriendly lady. I showed her my wounds on the head and asked her to examine it. Your snappy answer: you can have an appointment in 3 weeks. I pointed out to her that I was in pain. But she didn't care. I went to see another doctor the next day. The lady at the front desk saw my head and let me sit down immediately. after 15 minutes the doctor came and found that I had skin cancer. I can only recommend not going to this ordination, because the patient doesn't seem to care here.
j	j kooki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeit auf einen Termin sind ca. 2 Monate. Ist verständlich bei so einer tollen Ärztin. Hatte heute einen Termin bei Frau Dr. Wildling, die Empfangsdame war nett. Wurde dann aufgerufen und kam zur Arzthelferin welche auch sehr nett war. Dann kam die Frau Doktor ins Zimmer, ich erklärte ihr mein Problem und sie erklärte mir alles in Ruhe. Keine Ahnung wie die vorherigen Bewertungen zustande kamen aber ich hatte das Gefühl bei Frau Doktor Wildling gut aufgehoben zu sein. Waiting for an appointment is about 2 months. Is understandable with such a great doctor. Had an appointment today with Dr. med. Wildling, the receptionist was nice. Was called then and came to the medical assistant which was also very nice. Then the doctor came into the room, I explained my problem and she explained everything to me in peace. No idea how the previous reviews came about but I had the feeling of being in good hands with Dr. Wildling.
