★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beide Ärzte sind gut, ich war vor einigen Monaten bei ihnen und mit der Behandlung sehr zufrieden. Die Assistentin, die das Telefon bedient war heute am Telefon äußerst unfreundlich. Wahrscheinlich hatte sie einen schlechten Tag.
 Both doctors are good, I was with them a few months ago and very satisfied with the treatment. The assistant who operated the phone was extremely rude on the phone today. She probably had a bad day.

Arzt ist super.
Wartezeiten sind extrem lang und der Warteraum ist sehr eng. Leute sitzen dort hustend und aneinanderklebend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Rami Baradie und Dr Sami Baradie sind beide sehr nette, professionelle, kompetente, menschliche Ärzte. Beide nehmen sich Zeit für die PatientInnen und beide gehen auf die Anliegen der PatientInnen sehr gut ein. Beide sind zudem äußerst sympathisch und man ist bei Dr Rami Baradie und Dr Sami Baradie in sehr guten Händen!
Dr Rami Baradie and Dr Sami Baradie are both very nice, professional, competent, human doctors. Both take time for the patient and both respond very well to the patient's concerns. Both are also extremely personable and you are in very good hands with Dr Rami Baradie and Dr Sami Baradie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärzte sind super aber die Assistentin beim Schalter,sehr unfreundlich man wartet als Patient zu lang bis man von ihr in Kenntnis genommen wird vorher schaut sie im PC 5min bevor sie mit einem unfreundlichen Ton sagt bitteschön, sie hat keine Ahnung von ihrer Arbeit brauch zulange und einen neuen muntschutz könnte sie auch mal vertragen der schaut nämlich als ob sie 1. Woche schon getragen hat. Nie wieder beim dem Arzt, weil er keine Meinung zu seiner Mitarbeiter hat, wie sie mit eigentlich seine Patienten umgehen.
The doctors are great but the assistant at the counter, very unfriendly, as a patient, you wait too long until you are noticed by her, before she looks in the PC for 5 minutes before she says with an unfriendly tone, please, she has no idea about her work need too long and she could use a new mouth guard which looks as if she has already worn it for the first week. Never go to the doctor again because he has no opinion of his staff on how they actually deal with his patients.
