Ich hatte schon befürchtet, lange warten zu müssen, aber wir kamen gleich dran, es war außer uns niemand da. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, und der Arzt war sehr nett und hat uns sofort geholfen. Danke dafür! Was there on a Sunday morning because my child had inflammation and pain - something like that always happens on the weekend ?. I was afraid I'd have to wait a long time, but we got there right away, there was no one there but us. The reception was very friendly and the doctor was very nice and helped us immediately. Thanks for that!

Der Arzt war schon am Telefon sehr nett, und auch in der Praxis nahm er sich Zeit, hörte mir zu und gab mir Tipps. Ein wirklich nettes Angebot! - Auch der Mann bei der Anmeldung, ein Sanitäter soweit ich mitbekam, ist überaus freundlich! Die Wartezeit betrug vielleicht 3 Minuten ... Danke für diese gute Betreuung/Beratung! It was my first time there for questions about specific side effects from a drug plus questions about my symptoms. The doctor was very nice on the phone, and in the practice he also took his time, listened to me and gave me tips. A really nice offer! - Even the man at the registration, a paramedic as far as I could see, is extremely friendly! The wait was maybe 3 minutes ... Thank you for this good support / advice!

Jedes kleine Spital kann wahrscheinlich mehr. Waited outside an unoccupied reception room on a Saturday morning. The call to the emergency number was also unsuccessful. Every small hospital can probably do more.

Das ist mehr als fahrlässig. Katastrophe!!! I've been waiting for a callback for almost two hours now - my baby (14 months old) has a temperature of 40.2 degrees. Called a second and third time. That is more than negligent. Catastrophe!!!
S	Shiwani Channa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eben mit einem MA telefoniert und ihn höflich nach einer Lösung gefragt um Seractil 400mg aus der Apotheke kaufen zu können und es wird einem einfach nicht geholfen vor allem wenn man starke Zahnschmerzen hat und generell bei mir nur Seractil jegliche Schmerzen lindert. Es wird gesagt man solle in die Praxis kommen aber wie wenn mein Kind krank ist? Sehr sehr entgegengekommend. LÄCHERLICH I just phoned an employee and politely asked him for a solution to be able to buy Seractil 400mg from the pharmacy and it just doesn't help, especially if you have severe toothache and generally only Seractil relieves any pain for me. They say you should come to the practice, but what if my child is sick? Very, very accommodating. RIDICULOUS

New beautiful ordination at Modecenterstraße 14! (no longer Pillergasse) Clean and the chairs are comfortable! The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
R	Roger Grimsditch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No waiting time when I called (around 1 am). However, I was unlucky and got an arrogant doctor on the phone. Extremely unpleasant, almost rude. Not at all willing to help. It felt, rather, like he was asserting himself on elderly, foreign and vulnerable patients! Weird! I had to insist and repeat the questions again and again, but at the end his answer was competent and knowleadgeable. Thank you for being there, that is all I can say.
