Mein Befund wurde erstaunlich schnell an meine Hausärztin übermittelt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen…. I immediately received an appointment at the Radiology Institute. The employees were extremely competent and friendly. My findings were sent to my general practitioner surprisingly quickly. I can only recommend….

A	Andreas Koppler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benötigte kurzfristig einen Termin für eine MRT. (Schmerzen im linken Handgelenk) Um 8 Uhr angerufen und um 12:30 einen Termin bekommen. War dann um 12:20 dort und habe mich angemeldet, wurde dann gleich in den Keller gebeten wo ich noch kurz befragt wurde und dann wurde ich schon in die Kabine gebracht. Um 12:30 begann die MRT und um 12:40 war ich fertig. Den Befund habe ich am selben Tag um 15 Uhr abholen können. Extrem freundliches Personal und ich habe noch nie solch eine perfekte Organisation bei einer Gesundheitseinrichtung gesehen. Ich kann mich nur bedanken und Sie weiterempfehlen. Needed an appointment for an MRI at short notice. (Left wrist pain) Called at 8 a.m. and got an appointment at 12:30 p.m. Was there at 12:20 pm and registered, was then asked to go into the basement, where I was briefly questioned and then I was brought into the cabin. At 12:30 the MRI started and at 12:40 I was done. I was able to pick up the results on the same day at 3 p.m. Extremely friendly staff and I have never seen such perfect organization at a healthcare facility. I can only thank you and recommend you.

You can come by for an x-ray without an appointment. It was my turn within 5 minutes and was looked after by very friendly staff.

Telefonisch unhöflich und es wird bei Nachfrage einfach aufgelegt ! Appointments for an MRI only possible with private insurance! Waiting times for insured persons at the health insurance fund are unacceptably long. Rude on the phone and they just hang up when asked!

Erst, Sie haben keinen Termin, dann ihr Termin ist erst morgen!!! Die Moral aus der Geschichte: Lasst euch hier euren Termin per Mail bestätigen! Richtig sauer!!! Eine Frechheit!!! Patienten sind auch Kunden und Kunden sind bekanntlich Könige! ??? Die Damen an der Rezeption waren allerdings äußerst unhöflich, uneinfühlsam und nicht hilfsbereit - dies als erste Anlaufstelle der Ordination wirkt nicht nur abschreckend, sondern auch höchst unprofessionell, weshalb ich dort keine Dienste mehr in Anspruch nehmen werde. The doctor who treated me was very friendly and approachable. However, the ladies at the reception were extremely rude, insensitive and unhelpful - this as the first point of contact in the surgery not only acts as a deterrent, but also highly unprofessional, which is why I will no longer use the services there.
